The real estate apps have emerged in the market due to the continuous revolution of network communication technology,widely used mobile devices and the increasing popularity of user experience centered marketing method.It can not only provides people a way to browse a large amount of house information without leaving home,but also reduce the marketing cost of real estate enterprises while improving the marketing and economic efficiency of real estate related enterprises.Meanwhile,various unexpected problems arise including fake housing resources and insufficient user stickiness which hinder the healthy development of real estate app.Under this context,this paper explores the optimization of real estate app to promote the healthy development of real estate app based on the perspective of user experience.This paper has adopted literature analysis and questionnaire survey methods,mainly focus on the following contents:(1)Sort out app design,user experience,real estate app and other theories,and carry out theoretical analysis on Optimization of real estate app.(2)Analyze the development of real estate app in China.The analysis mainly focus on market users,real estate app classification and other aspects,and current situation of mainstream real estate app in China.(3)Analyze the real estate app in China from the perspective of user experience.Online questionnaire survey is used to investigate user behavior,App selection,comprehensive function evaluation and online interaction.(4)Analyze and summarize the remaining problems of real estate apps and optimize real estate app strategy from house source and users factors and make recommendation.The creativity of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the development status of real estate app in China.Sort out the theories of APP design,user experience,real estate app,etc.,and complete the development status analysis of domestic real estate app through questionnaire survey.(2)This paper proposes the optimization strategy of real estate app from the perspective of improving user experience,analysis of the problems existing in the development of China's real estate app and housing source problems,user stickiness,technology,privacy and personalized services.
