Performance appraisal,as one of the important functions of human resource management,is a kind of management behavior that is carried out to maintain the efficient operation of the internal management system and achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise.At present,the rapid development of domestic commercial banks and the increasing competition in the industry are very important for commercial banks to establish a scientific,reasonable and efficient performance evaluation system.As an important participant in the performance appraisal of commercial banks,the account manager's performance appraisal of science can not only play a good incentive role,but also provide an important guarantee for the realization of bank goals.Therefore,this paper takes the C Rural Commercial Bank account manager as the research object,and it is necessary and meaningful to analyze and research on the basis of the existing performance appraisal program.I have a certain understanding of the performance appraisal system through working in C Rural Commercial Bank.Therefore,I use the literature,research,data analysis and other methods to study the performance of C-agricultural bank.The status of the assessment is analyzed and researched.Through the questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the original performance appraisal plan of C-Canadian Bank are found,and the optimal solution is proposed for the problem.Specifically,the balance scorecard is used first to determine the assessment indicators,to solve the drawbacks of the original assessment scheme only to assess the financial indicators;the second is to use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of the assessment indicators,so that the assessment indicators weights are more scientific and reasonable;the third is to increase the assessment results Feedback and utilization,the evaluation results interview and representation mechanism to improve the performance appraisal process;Fourth,the introduction of dynamic adjustment mechanism in the customer manager performance management system(PMS),in order to solve the customer manager performance appraisal customer "unchanged" problem.Through the above four aspects,the paper optimizes the original plan of performance appraisal of C Rural Commercial Bank's account manager,in order to enable the account manager to better play its role in business development.The bank's performance appraisal of account managers should not only focus on the quantitative assessment of financial indicators,but also on the assessment of customer satisfaction,internal processes and learning and training.In addition,performance appraisal is a multi-participation process,allowing account managers to fully participate in the appraisal process in order to achieve a win-win situation between the appraisal subject and the appraiser.
