The meaning of the employee training is to bring up qualified employees, improve work efficiency, reduce cost, and increase the attraction of the enterprise. But the employee training of the private enterprise in China is managed still at the starting stage; its system is under construction, and many problems appear during the operating because of the misunderstanding of the principle.So, the importance and making schedule of employee training in enterprise is described on the basis of the current situation of employee training and usual misunderstandings and the analysis of main problems in Chinese private enterprise. Finally, how to improve employee training management of the private enterprise is also discussed. Then this article combine A firm reality, to analysis human resources training situation of A firm, description of the human resources and human resources training status and characteristics. At the same time against A firm human resources training for the analysis and proposed measures to address those problems. Lastly, bring forward the answers to those problems.
