With the reform of nation,the change of state-owned company is particular prominent.State-owned enterprises suffer from the attack of the market and change the original “iron rice bowl” mode of state-owned enterprises,while the traditional management mode is constantly improved and innovated,too.Perfect management mode can promote the development of the enterprises better and create more profits.Performance management,which is closely related to the interests of employees,has been paid more and more attention by enterprises leaders,because the quality of performance management is an important factor affecting the development of enterprises.At present,there are still some defects and deficiencies in the performance management process of state-owned enterprises,which restrict or even hinder the development of enterprises.Therefore,the development of performance management in state-owned enterprises has been an important subject of enterprise research.Taking the performance management of WW state-owned company as an example,this paper adopts the method of literature review,field investigation and combination of theory and practice.On the basis of studying the existing theoretical knowledge of performance management,this paper analyzes the current situation of performance management of WW company in detail and put forward suggestions for improvement.Firstly,problems existing in performance management of WW company are pointed out: lack of accurate understanding of performance management;have no standardized job analysis;the form of performance appraisal is too single;insufficient pressure and incentives of employees;the principle of fairness and justice cannot be adhere to performance appraisal;performance feedback cannot be implemented effectively.Secondly,through analysis,this paper believes that the causes of the above problems as follows: misunderstanding;the performance appraisal plan is not detailed and systematic;inefficient incentive mechanism.The evaluation subject does not pay enough attention and lacks the fairness of performance management;performance feedback is ignored.Then,in view of theabove problems and reasons,this paper determined the objectives and principles of performance management improvement,and finally put forward the countermeasures for performance management improvement of WW company;performance management plan and performance evaluation system based on KPI setting system;improve the incentive system and review mechanism;to establish a and improve effective communication and feedback mechanisms.In this paper,the theory of performance management knowledge combined with WW company performance management practice,WW company as the research object,an in-depth analysis,put forward the corresponding performance management improvement countermeasures,to promote company working performance,company performance and the company's overall management level has guiding significance,enrich the research of performance management at the same time.
