With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of residents' living standards,many parents have paid more and more attention to their children's education problems,which has also promoted the development of China's extracurricular education and training industry.Since its establishment,Shenyang CS Education Information Consulting Co.,Ltd.has 8 direct teaching points mainly for tutoring of elementary school,junior high school and high school culture courses.Faced with a fierce competition in education,education service marketing has become a major strategy for major training companies.However,the marketing strategy of Shenyang CS Education Information Consulting Co.,Ltd.still has certain problems.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a marketing strategy suitable for the development of CS education consulting companies in combination with its own development to further enhance the competitiveness of the market.This paper takes Shenyang CS Education Information Consulting Company as an example,based on the relevant theory of marketing,analyzes the current situation of CS education service marketing.Based on the PEST theory,this paper analyzes the marketing environment of Shenyang CS Education Information Consulting Company from four aspects: political,economic,social and technical.It uses SWOT analysis to summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of CS education information consulting company.On this basis,the CS education information consulting company's service market is subdivided and the service market target is re-selected.Finally,a service marketing portfolio strategy suitable for the development of CS education information consulting companies is developed,including products,prices,channels,promotions,and personnel.Management,service process and tangible display strategy,and provide a guarantee method for CS education information consulting company service marketing strategy,including strengthening organizational management,establishing the concept of "customer first",improving teaching quality and improving the company's hardware Facilities to further enhance the company's competitiveness in the market.The research of this paper aims to solve the practical problems of Shenyang CS Education Information Consulting Company in marketing,and can provide thecorresponding theoretical basis for the formulation of the marketing strategy of Shenyang CS Education Information Consulting Company.Improve its marketing concept,improve its marketing methods,and further enhance its market competitiveness while avoiding its own disadvantages,so that Shenyang CS Education Information Consulting Company can develop healthily and steadily under fierce competition.
