The 19th National Congress Report clearly states that "innovation is the first driving force for development",regional innovation has become a hot spot in research. For a long time,China has focused on the development of manufacturing. With the increasing of job specialization level and the rapid development of information technology, the modern service to integrate into the manufacturing industry. In the modern service industry, the technology service industry is a kind of service industry that uses modern technology to provide knowledge to the society, and is the most related to the manufacturing industry. Therefore,in the new economic situation,it is meaningful to explore the influence of regional innovation from the perspective of spatial agglomeration of science and technology service industry.Firstly, the connotation and effect of the accumulation of science and technology service industry, based on a large number of related literatures, the paper analyzes the impact mechanism of the accumulation of science and technology service industry on regional innovation, taking 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)as the research object, the degree of scientific and technological service industry agglomeration and regional innovation level in 2005-2017 were measured, and the current situation and spatial distribution characteristics were descriptively analyzed. The method of spatial metrology is used to explore the internal relationship between the cluster of science and technology services and regional innovation, and further empirical analysis is carried out in the eastern, central, western and northeastern provinces. The results show that:(1)The concentration of science and technology service industry has a significant positive impact on innovation in the region, and it will also has a significant positive effect on other regions through spatial spillover effects;(2)Based on sub-regional samples, technology in the western region Service industry agglomeration has a large positive impact on regional innovation, followed by the central region and the eastern region. In the eastern region, due to economic development and industrial agglomeration, the industrial resources are in a high level, the industrial resources overflow to the surrounding areas, the cross-regional spillover effect is significantly positive, and the cross-regional spillover effects in the central and northeastern regions are negative;(3)Based on the common agglomeration between industries.Co-aggregation has significant positive impact on local innovation, and cross-regional effects also have a positive impact. The regional innovation effect of the combination of technology service industry and high-tech manufacturing industry has not been revealed in the industry, and the convergence of technology service industry and other manufacturing industries has had a significant positive impact on regional innovation;the eastern region may be found in different regions."Crowding effect",the effect of co-aggregation on local innovation is negative, but the cross-regional spillover effect of common agglomeration in the eastern, central and western regions is significantly positive. At last, based on the theoretical analysis and empirical research results,it is proposed to increase the support for the construction of the science and technology service industry cluster center, expand the promotion role;pay attention to the balanced development of regional innovation, effectively take the spatial spillover effect of the cluster of science and technology service industry on regional innovation;take full advantage of the inter-industrial cohesion effect, and make overall planning and layout of the technology service industry and manufacturing industry.
