Research On Industrial Structure Optimization Of Panjin City

As a special kind of city,the research on the industrial structure of resource-based city is of great significance to the sustainable development of regional economy.There are a large number of resource-based cities in Northeast China.The development of these cities mainly depends on urban resources.The rough development of economy collides with the historical problems of industrial structure under the planned economy system,which has formed a deformed structure highly dependent on resources.It is urgent to find a transformation path.Industrial structure optimization as the core of transformation,play its driving force is the fundamental to achieve transformation.From the perspective of renewable resource-based cities and Panjin as the research object,this paper first combs the relevant research results of industrial structure optimization of resource-based cities at home and abroad.Secondly,it deeply analyzes the current situation and existing problems of industrial structure of Panjin City.The results show that although Panjin City's industrial structure optimization has achieved some results,the more intuitive problems are mainly the proportion of the first industrial employees is too high,the extension degree of industrial chain is insufficient,and the development of technology intensive industries is slow.Thirdly,the paper uses two methods of grey fixed weight clustering and deviation share to select the leading industries from the perspective of Panjin's own development and regional positioning.The results show that:as a renewable resource-based city,Panjin City can adapt to the development of manufacturing industry and power industry at this stage,gas and water production and supply industry,transportation,storage and postal industry,leasing and business service industry.Next,combined with the determination of the leading industry,the gray dynamic linear programming model is used to predict the development trend of Panjin's industrial structure in the future and give an optimization plan.Finally,combined with the problems found in the optimization plan of industrial structure,the paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures for the optimization of industrial structure of Panjin.The study of Panjin industrial structure optimization is not only conducive to promoting the economic development of Panjin,but also has an important reference for the transformation of resource-based cities to renewable cities in other development stages.
