Since reform and open policy, the market economy consummates unceasingly, So in order to accelerate economical soaring, the talented person should flow reasonably. At the same time, the personnel market consummates and develops unceasingly, each kind of legal regime perfects, and advanced management idea sink deep into the hearts of the people. All of this has solved the extra worries for the human resource flow and leaving job has becoming available for people.Nowadays, the enterprise talented person's flowing is becoming more and more frequent. But what makes the human resources worker often headache is that new staff in duty quit in very short time after the enterprise has spent the huge energy and the financial resource. This lets the enterprise confuses frequently: Actually what has caused new staff's leaving job? What mistake the enterprise make, and what the enterprise can do to change this kind of passive aspect?The leaving job of new staff should attach much importance. It involves staff oneself, also it involves other staffs, the enterprise as well as the society. So, The author attempts to clarifies the reasons which cause the new staff to leaves job by the literature material, the questionnaire survey and the case interview. Understood the mainly way of new staff leaving job. Understands the new staff's special demand, in order to improve the enterprise the human resources management, improve the system of enterprise's employment advertise, training, drive and retention system. Forecast and the control of the leaving job effectively. At the same time, a series of new staff self-control strategy is proposed , in order to instruct the new staff to organize the socialization effectively and reduce nonessential behavior of leaving job.The reason of new staff leaving job is complex and various. Both organization and new staff should shoulder the responsibility. Therefore, reducing new staff's leaving job effectively, needs organization and the new staff achieves the good bidirectional approval, shoulder the responsibility in the critical socialized phase ofnew staff.
