Rural e-commerce,as a product of the development of the new era,is approaching the market at a rapid speed of development.Under the background of implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China,rural e-commerce,as a new driving force of rural development,is of great significance in developing rural economy,promoting farmers' income,and alleviating the pressure of surplus agricultural products.Rural e-commerce includes agricultural products e-commerce and other commodities e-commerce in rural areas.Rural e-commerce is mainly based on agricultural e-commerce in this special area.The particularity of agricultural products and the software and hardware conditions required by e-commerce restrict the independent development of farmers in the field of e-commerce.This leads to several main modes of rural e-commerce development,mainly relying on the establishment of e-commerce service centers in rural areas by the government,and gradually developing rural e-commerce with cooperatives and logistics companies as operating subjects,thus driving the economic development of rural areas.Exhibition.Rural e-commerce in China has a great development space in network infrastructure construction,talent supply,logistics distribution system,the understanding of the main trading parties,agricultural products standardization and brand building,rural e-commerce development model,etc.Therefore,it is of certain value to strengthen the research on rural e-commerce.Starting from the relevant concepts of rural e-commerce,based on transaction cost theory,scale economy theory,supply chain theory and value chain theory,and supported by survey data and research materials,this paper makes a deep analysis of the current situation of rural development in Qinglong Manchu Autonomous County(hereinafter referred to as "Qinglong County"),and points out the existing problems in the development of rural e-commerce in Qinglong County.Including rural e-commerce mode to be improved,rural e-commerce talent supply shortage,network infrastructure to be improved,agricultural standardization and brand building level is low,rural e-commerce propaganda and training is not in place,agricultural e-commerce logistics distribution system is not perfect,farmers lack of awareness of e-commerce,etc.Based on the above analysis,rural e-commerce development in China.Case studies are conducted in the better areas of the exhibition,mainly in Shaji Town,Liuhe County,Yangling County and Suning County.Suggestions for the development of rural e-commerce in Qinglong County are summarized.The development model of "farmer + rural e-commerce service center undertaking company + other e enterprises" and "farmer + cooperative + third party rural e-commerce platform" is put forward.The purpose is to provide some reference for the development of rural e-commerce in Qinglong County.
