In today's society,modern enterprise management is gradually moving towards refined management.With the gradual rise in the status of scientific and technological soft power,talent demand has become an important driving force for social development.The importance of human capital has become the key for modern enterprises to improve their technological content and achieve high-quality development.With the adjustment of the economic structure,the social labor system is changing day by day,and the new generation of employee groups are gradually becoming younger and becoming the protagonist in the development of modern enterprises.Features,the pursuit of freedom and fairness,dare to protect their legitimate rights and interests.The existence of labor disputes has seriously hampered the efficient operation of modern enterprises,and employees 'complaints are the initiator of labor disputes.Because the new generation of employees live in a diverse environment where Chinese and Western cultures interact and merge,the existing traditions of enterprises The management model is obviously not applicable to the group of new-generation employees,employees have different levels of complaining behavior in the subtle,which affects the enthusiasm of work.Therefore,the complaint management of the new generation of employees has become the top priority of the self-improvement of modern enterprises.When employees feel uncomfortable or dissatisfied with certain issues of their organization,they may complain in private to protect their own interests,or even take a series of actions to protest.Employee employee complaint management,as an important part of the field of organizational behavior,has gradually received extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad.Scholars at home and abroad have discussed many influencing factors of employee complaint behavior from the individual level and organizational level.Among them,the influence of leadership style on employee complaint behavior originated in foreign countries.Impact research.With the spread of new-style leadership theory and the transformation of modern enterprise management models,full-range leadership theory has become the mainstream of modern enterprise management research.It is more practical to explore the impact of new-style leadership theory on the complaint behavior of new generation employees.From a psychological point of view,employee dissatisfaction has more to reflect employees' incompatibility and disagreement with certain phenomena in the organization,indicating that the organization cannot give employees a sufficient sense of belonging and lack of commitment between employees and the organization.In order to better reduce the complaint behavior of the new generation of employees,the intermediate variable of organizational commitment is introduced,and the influence of the leadership style on the employee complaint behavior is deeply explored.Through reviewing the literature and questionnaire survey,and using SPSS21.0 to conduct empirical research,the following research results are obtained: In the modern enterprise management process,adopting a transformative and transactional leadership style can reduce the complaint behavior of the new generation of employees,while a laissez-faire leadership style It will lead to employee dissatisfaction;adopting a transformational and transactional leadership style can improve the organizational commitment of employees,while a laissez-faire leadership style will reduce the organizational commitment of employees;employees with higher organizational commitment are less likely to complain;organizational commitment Mediated the influence of leadership style on the complaint behavior of new generation employees.
