A Study On The Prosperity Of Agriculture And Animal Husbandry In Semi-agricultural And Semi-pastoral Areas Of Tongliao From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization

The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and has always regarded the solution of the "three rural issues" as the focus of its work.Entering the New Era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has grasped the essence of the "three rural issues" in the new era and put forward major policy-making arrangements for implementing the rural revitalization strategy.In the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,the overall requirements of industrial revitalization in the first place.Because,only the first activation of rural economic value for the realization of agricultural prosperity,rural prosperity,farmers to provide solid support.With regard to promoting the prosperity of rural industries,due to different factors such as population characteristics,resource endowment,regional economic development,cultural and historical background in different regions of China,it is necessary to continuously explore the effective path suitable for the local industry to flourish.Therefore,from the perspective of the minority areas,this paper studies the problems existing in the prosperity of the agriculture and animal husbandry industry in the semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas,and makes a theoretical analysis of these problems,which not only has a certain reference significance for promoting the prosperity of the agriculture and animal husbandry industry in other semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas in China,moreover,it is helpful to enrich and develop the theoretical system of rural revitalization,and further deepen the theoretical study of rural revitalization strategy.Tongliao is one of the important commodity grain bases and animal husbandry production bases in the country.With the continuous improvement of productivity and people’s living standard in our country,people’s consumption demand of agricultural and animal products presents new characteristics of individuation,diversification,greenization and branding.At present,the industrial structure,mode of production and management mode of the Agriculture and animal husbandry industry in the semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas of Tongliao can not meet the needs of the diversification of agricultural and animal products.Based on the current situation of the development of agriculture and animal husbandry industry in Tongliao,this paper adopts the methods of Literature Research,Comparative Analysis and on-the-spot Investigation to promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry industry in Tongliao,this paper points out the problems existing in the prosperity of the Agriculture and animal husbandry industry in Tongliao,such as the slow adjustment of the structure of the agriculture and animal husbandry industry,the poor economic benefit of the agriculture and animal husbandry industry,the low utilization of the agriculture and animal husbandry resources,and the weak leading ability of the main body of the new-type agriculture and animal husbandry operation,and from the agricultural and animal husbandry related policies,industrial input,development methods and the cooperative benefit connection mechanism,the causes of the problem are deeply analyzed and prompted.Finally,guided by.the theories of agricultural modernization,urban-rural integration,agricultural industrialization and high-quality development,this paper puts forward some effective ways to promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry in semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral areas of Tongliao by strengthening the executive ability of grass-roots governments,promoting the industrialization development of agriculture and animal husbandry,taking the road of green agriculture and animal husbandry development,and perfecting the operating mechanism of the new main body of agriculture and animal husbandry.
