Evaluation Of Regional Innovation Capability Based On Improved Factor Analysis And Entropy Method

The regional innovation capability is the concentrated expression of the comprehensive strength of the regional economy and science and technology,and the decisive factor for the regional economic development momentum and the level of technological development.Through the development of the modern world economy,we can see that the world economic center always follows the movement of regional science and technology innovation centers.Since the beginning of the new century,with the globalization of the world economy and the rapid development of information technology,the overall competitiveness of the region has become more and more dependent on technological inventions,imitation creation,product integration innovation,introduction and digestion,absorption and innovation,and new technologies with significant influence Transformation,application and diffusion.Clearly understand the current status of regional innovation capabilities,and then by comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of innovation capabilities among regions,we can clarify the development trend of the main influencing factors of regional innovation capabilities,and then put forward targeted measures to improve regional innovation capabilities to achieve regional economic high Quality development.Regional innovation capability evaluation can test the results of regional technological innovation work,scientifically and objectively evaluate the level of regional innovation capability,so as to analyze regional innovation differences and change trends,and provide a reference for the government to formulate scientific and technological innovation development strategies.To this end,this paper will analyze the influencing factors of regional innovation capability,and thus build an innovation capability evaluation system.The four provinces of Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,and Guangdong are all economically developed provinces in eastern China,and their regional GDP ranks among the top four in 31 provinces and municipalities in mainland China.In recent years,as the economy continues to develop in depth,the four provinces have entered the stage of promoting sustainable economic development with innovation,and successively carried out the construction of innovative provinces.This is an important decision in the process of regional economic development and a key measure to enhance regional innovation capabilities.Due to historical,geographical,cultural,economic and other factors,the four provinces have differences in the components of the market environment,resource conditions,industrial foundation,human environment,and other factors that affect innovation capacity.Through the comparative analysis of the innovation capacity of the four provinces,it is conducive to finding the realization area Breakthrough point of innovation.Shandong is at a critical stage of economic transformation and development,and it is urgent to foster new economic growth through scientific and technological innovation to achieve sustainable development of the regional economy.This article will focus on the research of Shandong's innovation capabilities.By comparing with other three provinces,Shandong's innovation The shortcomings in capacity provide advice for Shandong to achieve economic transformation and promote high-quality regional economic development.The data selected in this article comes from "China Statistical Yearbook 2018","China Science and Technology Statistical Yearbook 2018" and "China Energy Statistical Yearbook 2018".The contents are all 2017 statistical data,and four first-level indicators are constructed,including innovation environment,Innovation resources,enterprise innovation,and innovation performance are composed of many sub-indicators under each first-level indicator,reflecting regional innovation capabilities as comprehensively as possible.Based on the improved factor analysis and entropy value evaluation model,the thesis provides scientific objective evaluation results for regional innovation capability.Through the evaluation of regional innovation capacity,this paper draws the following conclusions:(1)The performance of regional innovation capacity among the four provinces varies greatly.Guangdong has obvious advantages in terms of innovation environment,Zhejiang has outstanding performance in enterprise innovation,Jiangsu leads in innovation resources and innovation performance,and Shandong has a clear gap with the other three provinces in the four areas of regional innovation capability.(2)In the comprehensive evaluation of regional innovation capability,Jiangsu ranks first in innovation capability,followed by Guangdong and Zhejiang,and Shandong ranks last.Shandong lags far behind the other three provinces in innovation ability and is lagging behind in innovation ability.Shandong must have a sense of urgency and accelerate the promotion of economic transformation and upgrading.
