With the development of economy and the continuous improvement of consumer demand,the development of enterprises can not be separated from innovation.More and more knowledge-based employees pour into enterprises and become the main force of enterprise innovation.How to enhance and improve the innovation behavior of knowledge workers in enterprises,the existing research results have not given a conclusion.Career success consists of making the right career decisions one by one,but not every career decision can be made because of limited personal ability or mismatch of skills and positions.Finally,the job-seekers can only choose a certain gap with the ideal occupation,then there is a professional compromise,which is a common phenomenon in society.Obviously,the occupational compromise will bring some negative effects to the job-seekers,how to eliminate or even turn the negative effects into positive effects,and to study the mechanism of the impact,it has certain significance to the management and academic research of all kinds of companies.Therefore,this paper collects the related data through the questionnaire,uses the empirical research method,discusses the occupational compromise to the knowledge worker innovation behavior influence.At the same time,this study takes self-efficacy as a moderating variable to analyze the moderating effect of career compromise on knowledge workers' innovation behavior.By combing the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper explains the relationship between career compromise and knowledge workers' innovation behavior,constructs the research model and puts forward eight hypotheses.Through the descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis by SPSS software,seven of the eight hypotheses in this paper have been verified.The conclusions are as follows: 1 the three dimensions of career compromise,Opportunity compromise,match compromise and social expectation compromise have negative effects on knowledge workers' innovation behavior;Fit compromise has the most significant negative impact on knowledge workers' innovation behavior,the second isopportunity compromise,and the third is social expectation compromise 3self-efficacy can reduce the negative effect of career compromise on knowledge workers' innovation behavior to some extent.Among them,Opportunity compromise has the most significant moderating effect on knowledge workers' innovation behavior,and the second is matching compromise.However,there is no significant moderating effect on the negative impact of social expectation compromise on the innovation behavior of knowledge workers.Finally,the research provides suggestions and suggestions for knowledge workers to make rational career compromise and self-efficacy,and points out some improvement direction for future research.
