Nowadays, with the opening of social conception and sharing of the resources, women’s social status is increasingly rising up. They can enjoy more and more equal educational and social resources as man, so that a great number of "three highs" (high education, high position, and high income)women knowledge employee appear, especially in technological innovation-based enterprises, in which the number of them is growing year by year.Meanwhile, what we should reflect on is that gender difference still exists in technological innovation-based enterprises. Women have less opportunities to preside scientific research project and to get fund, personal achievement and scientific research reward considering the proportion of their number. On the whole,the position of women knowledge employee is not very high as well, which brings great obstacles for women to promote, and there aren’t many woman academic leaders in technological innovation-based enterprises, so that women can not realize full employment and often meet bottleneck during their career development. They are more likely to face career interruption, career plateau and career burnout than male employee. There is an invisible glass ceiling for the promotion of women knowledge employee.Glass Ceiling first appeared on Wall Street journal 20 years ago, which was used by two American journalists to describe the intangible obstacle the women faced, when they are given their promotion. In this essay, the author use this conception to discuss the current occupational position and problems of women in technological innovation-based enterprises. The essay also tries to find the reasons that bring bottleneck, and analyzes the effects of them on career development of women knowledge employee in technological innovation-based enterprises.In order to help women knowledge employee in technological innovation-based enterprises to make career development systematically and manage it rationally, the essay takes different aspects into consideration, such as Individuals, families, organizations, and society and comes up with some development strategies for career women to promote their.accomplishment.
