Research On The Rural Old-age Pension Security Of Z Town

With the continuous acceleration of the population aging process,the number of the elderly population in our country has increased rapidly.Among them,the rural elderly population accounts for a considerable proportion.The rural areas have not developed sufficiently at many levels such as economy,politics,and culture,resulting in rural elderly people,especially rural areas.The situation of the old-age security of the poor elderly is more severe.As one of the most vulnerable groups in society,the rural elderly in poverty have always received widespread attention from the government,academia,and all sectors of the society.If the old-age problem of the rural poor elderly is not resolved in a timely and reasonable manner,it will have a serious impact on the development of the vast rural areas.Under the strategic background of China’s resolutely winning the battle against poverty and building a moderately prosperous society in 2020,it is a difficult and arduous task to establish and improve the rural old-age security system and effectively improve and protect the old-age pension problems of the rural poor.It plays an important role in the development of social economy and the improvement of national economy and people’s livelihood,and is also conducive to the construction of a harmonious society and the improvement of the living standards of poor elderly people.Therefore,the research on the old-age security of the poor elderly in rural areas has very important practical significance and times value.The article starts from a comprehensive social background such as population aging and the development status of the rural poor.Based on the analysis and analysis of the existing research on the rural poor elderly in academia,the 200 rural poor elderly in Z Town are taken as an example through a questionnaire survey On the premise of collecting,screening and integrating the survey data,the SPSS19.0tool was used to deeply analyze the current status of the poverty-stricken elderly in town Z in the three levels of economic security,mental security,health status and life care.The four problems faced by the poor elderly in terms of pension security,namely: low daily economic income level,weakened family pension security function,poor mental and cultural life of the elderly,and insufficient participation of social forces,have been explained from various perspectives The problem forms potential internal and external factors,and accordingly proposes to: create an excellent self-realization environment,consolidatethe basic status of family pension,pay attention to the spiritual and cultural needs of the elderly and improve the social participation mechanism,etc.,with a view to providing for the elderly in rural areas of Z town Practicable solutions,and can help the rural poor elderly group to get rid of poverty as soon as possible,and effectively improve and gradually improve the old-age security issues in rural areas of town Z.
