China’s outbound tourism market is booming,and the number of Chinese tourists to Italy is increasing gradually.With the advent of the information age,more and more tourists choose to share their travel experiences on the Internet.With the in-depth study of tourists’ own laws,tourists’ spatio-temporal behavior has gradually become the focus of tourism research.The innovation of this study is that the data source is novel and the research perspective is unique.Multiple forms of network big data are used to analyze typical regions,broaden the horizon of cross-border tourism and enrich the theories related to outbound tourism.This study has rich data sources,theoretical significance of providing reference and reference for relevant studies in the context of big data,and practical significance of contributing to the management and development of tourism related departments.This study based on social network theory,tourist spatial behavior theory,on the edge of the core theory,using kernel density analysis,social network analysis,spatial analysis and other methods to analyze the behavior of space and time,Chinese tourist to Italy time aspect,mainly to analyze the seasonal,monthly change of tourists,the characteristics of the residence time and the analysis of the influencing factors;The behavior network was constructed in space,and the spatial behavior characteristics of tourists were analyzed by node centrality,structural hole,cohesive subgroup,core-edge model and kernel density,and the main factors affecting spatial behavior were finally summarized.This study mainly draws two main conclusions:(1)Time behavior characteristics.The seasonal difference of Chinese tourists to Italy is small,which is mainly manifested as the majority of tourists in summer,relatively few in winter,and no significant difference in spring and autumn.The monthly distribution of tourists’ time behavior characteristics was significantly different.Monthly characteristics are divided into three levels: July and September are the peaks;February,April,may,June and August are flat peak periods;January,March,October,November and December are the low points.The stay time of Chinese tourists to Italy varies from 2 to 28 days,and most of them stay in the range of 3-11 days,with an average stay of 7.81 days,among which 4 days,6 days and 10 days are the majority.The main influencing factors of time behavior are that the influencing factors of tourists’ time behavior characteristics are mainly climate conditions,traditional festivals,travel rules and tourist characteristics.(2)Spatial behavior characteristics.The 68 nodes of the Travel behavior network of Chinese tourists to Italy are divided into five types: Rome,Vatican,Florence,Venice and Milan as the core tourist destinations;Siena,Pisa,Wuyu Village,Verona and other six nodes as the sub-core tourist destinations;17 nodes such as Capri,Pompeii and Sorrento are important tourist destinations;17 destinations such as Perugia,Modena and Silmone are known as general tourist destinations;Twenty-three nodes,such as Algaero and Palau,are known as marginal tourist destinations.The overall network structure of Chinese tourists’ spatial behaviors in Italy is relatively loose,and the interaction of tourists’ behaviors is not obvious.Based on the analysis of condensed subgroups,it is concluded that there are eight condensed subgroups in the network structure,and five main lines are summarized: the central and northern line,the Tuscany line,the southern line,the Sardinian line and the Sicilian line.(3)The spatial distribution characteristics of the core area of the node is located in the north-central region mostly,Chinese tourists prefer to the north of Italy,southern region are involved,but visiting rate is generally lower,region distribution difference is more apparent,formed with lazio district,Veneto regional and the Tuscan regional three district as the center of the "three core",to the Lombardy district and campania as the center of the “two cores”.(4)Chinese tourists to Italy cluster has the following characteristics: Chinese tourists to Italy generally cluster in famous cities at home and abroad and prefer historical culture,cultural and cultural destinations.Main influencing factors of tourists’ spatial behavior: The spatial behavior characteristics of tourists are formed by many factors,which mainly include tourism resource endowment,convenient transportation conditions,economic development level,destination visibility and public security.Finally,based on the research problems and relevant research conclusions,the following Suggestions are proposed: to enhance the popularity of tourist destinations and strengthen publicity;Strengthen the radiation drive to balance the spatial distribution of tourists;Maintain public order and create a good social atmosphere;Optimize the network platform and build a good network image.
