| The dynamic transformation of the business ecosystem in which the strategic management of Chinese enterprises is located requires an increasing degree of conformity with the organizational and operational activities.In a relatively short period of time,Chinese real estate enterprises have realized the effective development of organizational form and strategic positioning.However,there is still a lack of research on the co-evolution mechanism and evolution mechanism of their strategic transformation.Therefore,the analysis of the strategic transformation of real estate enterprises is still lacking.The research is imminent,and the research results have important guiding significance for the academic research and development related to the future strategic transformation of enterprises.Establishing an organizational strategy adapted to the business ecosystem and the dynamic development within the enterprise is a necessary way for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.This paper starts with the relevant theories of strategic transformation,combs the literature of predecessors,and establishes a co-performance mechanism of organizational strategic transformation from the perspective of dynamic capability theory of organizational development and knowledge theory.Taking Wanda Group as the target case,through the longitudinal case study of China’s private real estate enterprises(Wanda Group),the co-evolution process of strategic transformation is deeply depicted.The paths and mechanisms of each stage of strategic transformation in Wanda Group in the past 20 years are analyzed and discussed respectively,and the perception and insight ability of dynamic capability in the process of transformation and the ability of choosing adaptability are discussed.And the important process of the formation and transformation of the executive ability and knowledge theory in the process of knowledge demand recognition,knowledge screening and integration innovation transfer.Firstly,in the process of combing the literature review and refining the relevant variables,the relevant variables affecting the development of organizational strategy are sorted out.Secondly,the relationship between variables and their own development is demonstrated,and the relevant data and data of target cases are searched.The factual support for the relationship of variables is provided by coding and evidence examples.Through the research and analysis of the co-evolution of variables,the paper makes a conclusion.Refining a new relationship of variables,showing the co-evolution process of real estate enterprises’ strategic transformation under the environment of transition economy,which deepens the mutual influence of knowledge and dynamic capabilities of real estate enterprises.Finally,it is concluded that the successful transformation of organizational strategy is based on Wanda Group’s dynamic capabilities and knowledge support,and a new co-acting framework between dynamic capabilities and organizational knowledge is established.The analysis of this paper shows that,first,under the condition of unchanged core business,the integration and application of inherent knowledge domains can help organizations to achieve regional strategic layout quickly.Second,the stronger the organizational inertia and the worse the matching with the development of the organization,the more inclined the organization is to carry out pattern iteration matching on the basis of its inherent business.Third,the ethnic development based on the original business model can accelerate the transformation of organizational strategy and improve organizational performance.4.The higher the accuracy of senior managers’ cognition,the higher the reliability of successful strategic transformation. |
