In the era of knowledge-based economy,technical standards have long become an important strategic resource for enterprises and countries to gain competitive advantage.Technical standards are indispensable for improving product compatibility,flexibility and embeddedness.A general technical standard that can reflect the current development level of the industry can maximize the utilization of resources,which is conducive to the implementation of sustainable development strategy.Businesses are strengthened by the innovation and standardization of technology,as well as the development of norms both in domestic and international markets,to gain a competitive edge.As a knowledge-intensive activity,technical standard innovation requires team leaders to possess high literacy and knowledge management capability.Appropriate leadership and leader-member relationship can play a positive role in employees' work and results,thus the performance of the whole team improved.As a result,it is essential to study the influence of leadership on the innovation performance of technical standards from the knowledge-based view.The relationship between leadership and innovation performance of technical standard is the focus of academics at home and abroad in recent years.However,it's rare to see a relative research which regards the team knowledge integration ability(made up by the ability of recognition,contribution,coalescence,application)as mediator and the leader-member exchange relationship as moderator to see how knowledge-based leadership leave an impact on the innovation performance of technical standards when we put the four team knowledge integration ability under the same framework.We carried out empirical research.The relationship and mechanism between the four key variables is the core of this paper to clarify.This paper will expound the relative theory around knowledge-based leadership,team knowledge integration ability,leader-member exchange relation and the innovation performance of technical standards in terms of the knowledge-based view and leader-member exchange theory.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper further clarifies the relationship between the four variables,constructs a theoretical model and putsforward hypotheses based on the logic of the interactive relationship between knowledge-based leadership behavior and technical standard innovation,and selects the appropriate variable measurement scale.After pre-investigation,the questionnaire is integrated and revised into the administrative formal questionnaire.Taking the representative core members of the team who have participated in technical standards innovation as the research object,we collected 341 valid questionnaires.Descriptive statistical analysis,reliability test and validity test were carried out on the sample data with SPSS and AMOS software.Regression analysis and Bootstrap were used to test the hypotheses.Based on theoretical analysis and empirical test,this paper draws conclusions as follows: knowledge-based leadership has a significant positive impact on the team knowledge integration abilities-recognition,contribution,coalescence,application which all markedly influence the innovation performance of technical standards.The results of mediating effect test show that recognition,coalescence and application of knowledge abilities partly act as a mediator between knowledge-based leadership and innovation performance of technology standards.Team knowledge integration ability totally serves as a mediator between knowledge-based leadership and technology standard innovation performance.The results of the moderating effect test demonstrate that the leader-member exchange relationship affect knowledge abilities of recognition,contribution and application and knowledge-based leadership in a good way.The results of the mediated moderation effect show that:for knowledge recognition ability as an intermediary variable,different levels of leader-member exchange relationship quality play a positive role in mediating the regulated role.As for knowledge utilization ability,the quality of leader-member exchange relationship at low level plays a negative role in mediating effect,while it plays a positive role at medium and high level.The conclusions of this paper could complement relevant researches,further optimize the relevant theory framework.Meanwhile,it is enlightening for team managers engaged in technical standards innovation activities to improve standardization on technology and innovation performance.
