With the deepening of two-way opening of the financial industry,and the developing of the interest rate market,the competition between banks has become intense.Human resources as the most important competitive factors in twenty-first Century,its strategic position has been raised to an unprecedented height.As an important part of human resources management,the mature bank training system can not only Everfount to inject fresh blood into the team,but also to provide strong intellectual support for the development of the strategic transformation.It has a strong practical significance and its importance is self-evident.Based on the human resources training system of SY rural commercial bank as an example,effectively understand the status quo of the existing training system through literature research,interviews,questionnaires and other methods,analyze the existing problems and find the causes of the problem,Combined with the theoretical research and diagnostic results,pertinentlyput forward solutions to meet the practical training system of SY rural commercial bank from the three aspects which are the training management system,training system and operation system,so that to achieve the purpose of enhancing the overall quality of employees,promoting the human resource management level and improving the core competitiveness of SY rural commercial bank.This thesis is divided into five chapters,the first chapter introduces the research background,research purpose and its significance,summarize the research contents and methods,technical routes,major innovation points and so on;The second chapter reviews the related theories about training;The third chapter presents the current situation and problem analysis of the training system of SY rural commercial bank,includingthe basic information of the bank,human resource situation,human resource training system,investigations and analysis of the human resource training system,main problems and reason analysis of the human resource training;The fourth chapter illustrates the principles for the design of the training system,the design of the human resource training and the implementation and safeguard of the training system;The fifth chapter presents the research conclusions and the existing deficiencies.
