Enterprise staff training is not only the survival and development of the only way of the enterprise,but also the way to achieve the maximize efficiency of the enterprise,the top priority of attracting and retaining the talent.The scientific training work can create a good corporate culture,improving the market competitiveness,and ensuring the enterprises healthy development.In the financial system of China,the rural commercial banks have always played an important role to support the development of “issues of agriculture,farmer and rural area”,to optimize the rural financial services.With the deepening of financial reform,the competition between rural commercial banks and domestic banking institutions gradually turns white-hot.How to change the staff training of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank and improve the comprehensive quality of staff,has become an important issue for the development of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank.This paper is to use the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to study the present situation of the staff training of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank.Through the face-to-face conversation with the relevant personnel and the questionnaire survey,the relevant information is set up and the problems are analyzed,so as to put forward the targeted optimization construction and countermeasures.The purpose is to provide reference for decision-makers to continuously enhance the competitiveness of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank.This paper is divided into six parts.The first chapter is to introduce the background,significance,methods,ideas and contents of the paper,and to summarize the relevant research both at home and abroad.The second chapter is the relevant theoretical basis: to mainly introduce the basic theory of training,work processes,paving the way for the theory.Chapter 3 is the current situation of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank and staff training: as well as the basic situation of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank,and the status of training of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank in detail.Chapter 4: problems and reasons of employee training in Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank: some problems of employee training in Xinyu Agricultural Bank are mainly pointed out,and the reason is analyzed and summarized.Chapter 5 is to perfect the staff training of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank: to put forward some corresponding optimization construction and countermeasure measures according to the existing problems.Chapter 6 is about the conclusion and expectation: that is the synthesis and generalization of the full text.The research is to show that:(1)There is no cooperative system of training,demand,organization and implementation,evaluation of training effect of Xinyu Agricultural Bank,which does not match the strategic objectives of the bank.The main reasons include two aspects of external and internal reason,thus to analyze staff training of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank,and to develop appropriate strategies.(2)To make the scientific development of training programs,and to improve staff training system,the effectiveness of training assessment,the innovative training methods and content,the strengthening of staff training supporting management,the change of the concept of employee training,thus to effectively solve the staff training issues of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank,creating a good culture for the bank,cultivating more high-quality talents for the assistance of the development of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank.(3)The salary system,rank system,career development,good working atmosphere,etc.,can ensure the smooth progress of staff training,to meet the demand of Xinyu Rural Commercial Bank,reflecting the individual value of the staff,and finally to achieve common progress of the staff.
