Research On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Enterprise Annuity Development In Gansu Province

Gansu has gradually entered the aging stage in this century.The society is facing huge pension pressure,and basic pension insurance has started to grow at a low rate.As part of the multi-pillar pension system,enterprise annuity has a significant supplementary effect on basic pension insurance.The development of Gansu enterprise annuity has achieved outstanding results,but there is still a gap with the expected proportion in the three-pillar system.How to continue to make efforts in the next step of Gansu enterprise annuity is of great significance to promote the solution of the problem of aging.Based on this background,this article selects the enterprise annuity in Gansu as the research object,first introduces the current situation of enterprise annuity development in Gansu,and then compares the development of enterprise annuity in Gansu with the national average and typical province levels.The main problems are low participation rate,limited coverage,significant fluctuations in the investment income of annuity funds,and relatively low replacement rates.The causes of the development of enterprise annuities in Gansu are mainly due to weak regional economic strength,inadequate publicity of annuities,lack of specific implementation rules for preferential tax policies,and immature capital markets.The government,enterprises,and individual employees are all important factors affecting the development of enterprise annuities.There are many reasons for the insufficient development of enterprise annuities in Gansu.Using the grey correlation analysis method to calculate the correlation between the nine factors and the enterprise annuity in Gansu,the results show that the average wages of on-the-job employees,per capita GDP,the number of primary organizations in the union,and the total profit of industrial enterprises are closely related to the development of enterprise annuities in Gansu.Based on the analysis of the current situation,comparative gaps,and influencing factors of Gansu enterprise annuity development,some targeted suggestions have been made on the development of Gansu enterprise annuity in terms of economic development,implementation of tax incentives,and strengthening of union work.These suggestions are the next steps to promote Gansu enterprise annuity.Development has a certain reference significance,and also has a certain positive significance for promoting the balanced development of China's enterprise annuity.
