With the acceleration of social development and the rapid development of information technology,there are more and more delays.Along with this growth trend,procrastination has also attracted more and more attention from the academic community.At present,most of the researches on procrastination are focused on students,but few on employees.However,the phenomenon of procrastination in the field of work can not be ignored,so this paper will take the enterprise employees as the research object to explore the regulatory role of inclusive leadership in performance evaluation orientation and employees' work procrastination behavior.Inclusive leaders will patiently listen to employees' ideas,tolerate and respect employees,and provide help when employees encounter difficulties in work,so employees may rely more on leaders;and this kind of "good temper" of leaders may also contribute to employees' work delay behavior.Performance evaluation refers to the evaluation of the actual work performance of the employees by the managers according to the corresponding job responsibilities of the positions,as the evaluation criteria of the Department and the employees' salary level.Leadership style can affect the performance of management and employees.As inclusive leaders are equal,respect their subordinates,and accept different opinions with an open attitude,this type of leadership may make it easier for organizations to form a fair and effective performance evaluation system.Through literature review,theoretical analysis and empirical investigation,using questionnaire star design to issue questionnaire,this study uses spss26.0 software to analyze the reliability and validity of the scale,variable correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis.The results are as follows: process performance evaluation orientation has a significant negative impact on delayed action,distraction avoidance,pressing the line to catch up with work,intention gap and employees' work delay behavior;results performance evaluation orientation is significantly positively related to delayed action and pressing the line to catch up with work,and result performance evaluation orientation has a positive impact on employees' distraction avoidance and intention gap But the positive relationship is not significant.The results show that inclusive leadership significantly negatively regulates the relationship between performance evaluation guidance and delayed action,distraction avoidance,pressing the line to catch up with work,intention gap,employees' work delay behavior;inclusive leadership significantly negatively regulates the relationship between performance evaluation guidance and delayed action.In addition,five control variables were designed in the questionnaire,including gender,length of service,education background,marital status and the nature of work unit.The relationship between inclusive leadership,employees' work delay behavior,performance evaluation orientation and demographic characteristics was studied.It is found that there is a significant gender difference in inclusive leadership;there is no significant difference in length of service in all variables;there is a significant difference in academic qualifications between leaders who rush to work and inclusive leadership;there is a significant difference in marriage in intention gap;there is a significant difference in delayed action,distraction avoidance,rush to work,intention gap,work delay behavior of employees,results oriented performance evaluation and performance evaluation in work units There are significant differences in nature.This study broadens the research of procrastination in the field of work.It enriches the relevant research on the causes of procrastination,and the improvement of employees' work procrastination is of great significance to employees themselves.This paper divides performance evaluation orientation into process orientation and result orientation,and discusses the interaction between performance evaluation orientation and employees' work delay behavior from the perspective of inclusive leadership.At the same time,according to the conclusion,it provides research inspiration for employees and managers,and prospects the future according to the limitations of the research.
