Study On The Development Of Mushroom Industry In Suizhou City,Hubei Province

This article combines the actual situation of the mushroom industry development in Suizhou City,Hubei Province,from the perspective of mushroom growers and leading companies,using literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,qualitative analysis of four research methods,taking the form of field research to obtain first-hand effective data.As a support,in-depth analysis of the development status of the mushroom industry,and tap the root of the problem.Through the understanding of the development status of the mushroom industry in Suizhou and the analysis of the survey data of mushroom growers and leading mushroom enterprises in Suizhou,we have summarized the "first production","second production" and "third production" Problems.The problems in the“first production”of the mushroom industry in Suizhou are:excessive consumption of forest resources,chaotic strain market,worrying food safety,lack of grassroots scientific research services,and low level of cultivation technology.Problems in the "secondary industry":extensive processing technology,low added value,difficulties in securing capital elements,and slow progress in the application of new technological achievements.Problems in the "three industries":serious disorderly competition,brand building efforts to be further strengthened,and industries relying too much on export markets.At the same time,this paper provides feasible countermeasures and suggestions from three perspectives of government,enterprises and growers.As for the government,the government should formulate a development plan for the mushroom industry from a strategic level,promote the close relationship between the interests of the main bodies of the industry,diversify the operational risks of the main bodies,continuously improve and standardize the policy system,and guide the sustainable and healthy development of the mushroom industry.In terms of enterprises,enterprises should effectively combine industry,education and research,promote development with science and technology,closely follow the market vane in the Internet era,expand the industrial chain,and promote the integrated development of the mushroom industry.In terms of mushroom growers,growers should actively understand policy trends,grasp market conditions,strive to improve planting technology,improve product quality,expand production scale,and effectively reduce production costs.
