Research On The Evolution And Breakthrough Mechanism Of Innovation Path Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

The prosperity of China’s economy is closely related to the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises.At present,the state attaches great importance to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and has issued a number of supporting policies to help small and medium-sized enterprises to solve some of the difficulties they are facing.Among those policies about the technological innovation is the most important.Technological innovation is the inexhaustible driving force for the healthy and sustainable development of small and medium-sized enterprises,and the mechanism of path evolution has an important impact on the direction and efficiency of their technological innovation.It is of great significance to choose the appropriate innovation path for the success of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises.Find a suitable innovation path for the development of small and mediumsized enterprises,and break through the path lock,and clarify the mechanism of breakthrough mechanism on the evolution of innovation path play an important role in the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.There are many researches on innovation path at home and abroad,but there are few literatures on innovation path of SMEs.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this paper further studies the path evolution and breakthrough mechanism of SMEs innovation from the occurrence conditions of SMEs innovation path evolution,evolution game with large enterprises,evolution process,etc.First of all,this paper combs the domestic and foreign research on innovation path of SMEs,analyzes the relevant research background,purpose and significance,and related theories.It is found that the current research focuses on the evolution of regional innovation path and innovation path of technology leading enterprises.Secondly,this paper analyzes the dynamic game model of Innovation Path Evolution of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of qualitative analysis,and probes into the problem of Innovation Path Evolution of small and medium-sized enterprises from the perspective of dynamic evolution in combination with Stackelberg game model.It is concluded that as long as the marginal cost of products independently innovated and produced by small and medium-sized enterprises is less than the marginal cost of innovative products of large enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises have to the possibility of independent innovation.Then,the evolution process of innovation path of small and medium-sized enterprises is studied.It is pointed out that the types of innovation path mainly include following imitative innovation path and destructive innovation path.The motivation of technological innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises is further analyzed,and the direction of innovation path selection mainly includes ability destruction and ability enhancement.The evolution stage of innovation path is divided into path generation Forming stage,path selection stage,path variation stage and path locking stage.Then,it analyzes the significance and elements of the construction of the breakthrough mechanism of the innovation path of small and medium-sized enterprises.The breakthrough mechanism is mainly composed of three sub mechanisms: the driving mechanism,the selection mechanism and the operation mechanism.It also analyzes how the breakthrough mechanism breaks the path locking mechanism,and gives the construction method of the breakthrough mechanism.Finally,I use Eviews software to analyze the evolution process of technological innovation path of typical small and medium-sized enterprises in Liaoning Province,and get the conclusion that sample enterprises are more inclined to introduce imitation innovation path in the early stage of establishment,the shorter the innovation cycle is,the more inclined to imitate innovation path,and the longer the innovation cycle is,the more inclined to independent innovation path.
