As the world's second largest country,Canada has a great variety of natural ecosystems and is one of the earliest countries that have founded national parks.Although Canada has accumulated much experience regarding national park management,there is still room for improvement.With people's yearning for natural ecological environment,more and more countries begin to build national parks.However,most of the forest tourism product development of national park ignored the people-oriented demand,which made the tourism products fail to achieve the desired effect.In order to change this situation,this thesis took the Yoho National Park of Canada as the case,and designed a complete evaluation system of national park tourism products from the perspective of tourist demand,which can be used to detect and guide the follow-up development and improvement of forest tourism products.This thesis used the questionnaire method and in-depth interview method collected the data concerning the tourist demand of forest tourism products in national park.Affinity Graph method was used to select the most important indicators and to classify them.Then the analytic hierarchy process was conducted to construct the demand indication system,including 5 elements and 14 demand indicators,and the weight distribution of each indicator was calculated.Finally,the Quality Function Deployment tool was used to construct the technical characteristic indicator system of forest tourism products,then carry on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Based on this,took the Yoho National Park of Canada as the case,the empirical study was conducted.Questionnaire research method and a 5-point Likert Scale to evaluate the tourist satisfaction degree of forest tourism products in Yoho National Park of Canada.After the statistics of the questionnaires,a confidence analysis was conducted on the data collected via the questionnaires,and then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate forest tourism products in Yoho National Park of Canada.The result showed the forest tourism products in Yoho National Park of Canada that the overall evaluation was rated as good at Grade 4,it can be said that the forest tourism products in Yoho National Park have certain room for improvement.Based on the evaluation result,the countermeasures and suggestions of this thesis were made so as to maintain the ecological integrity and ecosystem-based management,which can be used to guide the follow-up development and improvement of forest tourism products.The research result of this thesis can help evaluate the degree of market recognition of existing tourism products in national parks,while this thesis focuses on research of tourist demand for the national park tourism products,thus provide tourists with better user experience,and pushing the transformation and upgrading of tourism industry,and fostering the diversification and characteristic development.
