| At present,China has entered a crucial stage of poverty alleviation.Rural tourism has become the backbone of China's farmers' employment and income increase,rural economic development and poverty alleviation.Owing to the extensive economic linkage of the tourism industry,"tourism precision poverty alleviation" has been one of the important ways of China's precision poverty alleviation strategy.The 19 th Party Congress also proposed promoting regional economic development through rural tourism industry.In 2019,the tourism industry will contribute 11.05% to the national economy and 10.31% to the social employment.Tourism industry has grown up to be an important engine for economic growth.In the past five years,the tourism industry has lifted about 12 million poor people out of poverty.However,the long-term extensive poverty alleviation model of the tourism industry has caused a large number of problems in the process of poverty alleviation,such as lack of accuracy and low utilization rate of resources,which all restrict its sustainable development.Therefore,based on the background of the times,the study of poverty alleviation in tourism industry has become an important topic to realize the strategy of rural revitalization,promote the stability of rural areas,shake off poverty and become rich,and realize the overall construction of a well-off society.This paper takes the poverty alleviation efficiency of tourism industry in Shandong province as the research object,starting from the investigation of the poverty alleviation status of tourism industry in Shandong province,and deeply studies the change trend of poverty alleviation efficiency of tourism industry in different regions and different periods of Shandong province,and then analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward the development countermeasures.The full text is mainly divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction part,which expounds the research background and significance,combs the domestic and foreign research related to poverty alleviation in tourism industry,and then briefly introduces the research contents and methods of the full text.The second chapter is related concepts and theoretical methods of poverty alleviation in the tourism industry.The third chapter is the current situation and efficiency evaluation of poverty alleviation by the tourism industry in Shandong Province.Firstly,it investigates the current situation of tourism industry development and poverty alleviation by the tourism industry in Shandong Province.Secondly,it evaluates the poverty alleviation efficiency of the tourism industry in various regions from the aspects of overall efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency by DEA window method,and analyzes the spatial distribution characteristics.The fourth chapter is the analysis of the factors that affect poverty alleviation efficiency of Shandong tourism industry.The threshold effect regression model is used to make an empirical analysis of the factors that affect the industrial scale,rural tourism resources,tourism population,travel agency density,etc.The fifth chapter is the policy recommendations to improve the poverty alleviation efficiency of tourism industry in Shandong Province,mainly including: innovating the poverty alleviation mode of tourism industry and coordinating the rural development planning;Enrich rural tourism products;Increasing tourists' consumption opportunities through various means;Implement human resources strategy;Improve the multi-subject participation mechanism for poverty alleviation in tourism industry;Reasonable planning of industrial space agencies;Pay attention to ecological protection and development to ensure the sustainable development of the tourism industry so as to promote the efficiency of poverty alleviation in the tourism industry.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and the research prospect,mainly elaborates the research conclusion and the insufficiency of this article,and points out further research direction. |
