| At present,performance management is a hot issue for entrepreneurs and scholars.However,there are still many areas to be explored in the application of performance management in the field of farmers’ professional cooperatives in China.As a new carrier of innovating rural collective economy,farmers’professional cooperatives play an important role in promoting farmers to enter the market,maintaining their own interests in the increasingly fierce competition of international agricultural products market,and maintaining China’s food security.With a series of measures proposed in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,such as Rural Revitalization Strategy,agricultural supply side reform and so on,as the carrier of organizing grain production,the significance of standardized and efficient operation of farmers’ professional cooperatives is self-evident.However,the human resource management of farmers’ professional cooperatives is relatively lagging behind.The existing performance management system also has some poor results in the specific implementation process,which has a negative impact on the production efficiency of cooperatives and the competitiveness of China’s food industry.After reading a lot of literature and field investigation,the author takes the M farmer cooperatives in Henan Province as an example,explains the current situation of performance management by explaining the current situation of human resources of the members of M cooperatives,and aims at the current situation of human resources and the inadequacy of performance management,Analyze the reasons and pertinently to the performance management of M cooperative from the first,performance plan,the second,performance guidance,the third,performance evaluation,the fourth,performance feedback,the fifth,the application of assessment results in this cycle,put forward corresponding solutions and advice,and design a plan that conforms to the actual situation and can effectively solve the problem.The research of this paper can provide some reference for the optimization of performance management system of farmers’ specialized cooperatives in grain production,and it has certain practical significance for the standardized operation of cooperatives and the improvement of production efficiency. |
