The Analysis Of Marketing Strategy Of Xiaomi Electronic Products In The Ukrainian Market

At present,with the in-depth development of economic globalization,the process of economic globalization is futher deepened.In order to open up foreign business market,Xiaomi electronic products need to understand the international market environment in an all-round way,and the international marketing strategy of enterprises should meet the needs of local consumers.In this paper,the marketing strategy of Xiaomi electronic products in Ukraine is studied.First of all,the relevant theories are sorted out,the relevant research methods are extracted,and the technical route of the research is worked out.There is analyzed the classical theory of marketing too:SWOT theory,STP theory and 4P theory.First of all,the analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats for Xiaomi electronic products in the Ukrainian market are carried out.Secondly,on the example of Xiaomi phone,there are analyzed the segmentation,targeting and positioning of Xiaomi electronic products in the Ukrainian market.Again,focusing on product,price,channel and promotion-four aspects of the marketing strategy of Xiaomi phone in the Ukrainian market there was carried out relevant analysis.There were found the problems in the marketing strategy of Xiaomi electronic products in the Ukrainian market.Finally,according to the facts and through innovation,this paper puts forward some suggestions on related marketing strategies for future development of Xiaomi in the Ukrainian market,helps Xiaomi company to seize the opportunity in the fierce international market competition,and promotes the further development of Xiaomi’s enterprise in Ukraine.
