"Creating a stable,fair and transparent business environment" has been emphasized many times since the 18th CPC National Congress.The Central Economic Work Conference made it clear that we need to focus on improving the business environment and deepen reform to streamline administration,delegate more power,strengthen regulation and improve services.We need to release vitality and impetus by streamlining administration and delegating more power.The State Administration for Market Regulation,in combination with its departmental functions,has taken the lead in the reform to improve the country's business environment by strengthening regulation and services.Taking the Market Supervision Administration of B District,A City as the research object after the 2015 institutional reform,this paper aims to explore the strategy of"improving the regional business environment" of the Market Supervision Administration of The District,which mainly includes:actively straightening out the commercial registration process,optimizing the service efficiency and quality;To crack down on the manufacture and sale of counterfeit and shoddy goods and maintain a fair market order;Actively carry out the protection of intellectual property services.In this paper,literature research,questionnaire,interview and other methods are adopted to explore the existing problems,causes and possible strategies of the market supervision Administration in improving the regional business environment from the perspective of the functions of the local market supervision Administration.The main strategies include:trying to purchase services by the government and introducing third-party services;We will improve the way of anti-counterfeiting supervision and set up a linkage model.Publicity and promotion of intellectual property protection awareness.This can provide reference for market supervision authorities in optimizing the business environment.
