With the development of China's national economy,more and more hotel brands enter the domestic market,forming a prosperous situation of a hundred flowers bloom and a hundred schools of thought contend.The increasingly fierce competition has brought about the norms of industry management,and also brought ab out the competition of in dustry practitioners.According to the data,the turnover rate of hotel staff in China is on the rise.We generally believe that it is ideal if the turnover rate of enterprise staff can be controlled below 15%.Hotels need a large number of service personnel in their daily operations.In the face of market competition pressure and overall downward operation situation,it is urgent for local hotels in Henan to use innovative management thinking to improve employee satisfaction and reduce a series of adverse reactions caused by excessive employee turnover.From the perspective of organizational learning theory and on the basis of clarifying the basic framework of employee satisfaction,this paper takes Le Meridien Jianye In Zhengzhou as the background and the data obtained from the questionnaire survey as the basis to analyze the employee satisfaction and the employee turnover intention with a high degree of correlation with employee satisfaction.Likert five subscales were used in the questionnaire and SPSS software was used for data analysis.Through data analysis,four common factors of organizational learning are obtained:? knowledge acquisition,?knowledge sharing,?knowledge application,? knowledge memory;There are four common factors of satisfaction:?development space satisfaction,?work relationship satisfaction,?work environment satisfaction and ? self-value realization satisfaction.By means of regression analysis,four common factors of organizational learning have influence on employee satisfaction."Knowledge memory" has no effect on employee turnover intention;The four common factors of satisfaction have significant influence on turnover intention.According to the research results,Jianye Le Meridien hotel In Zhengzhou in the aspect of organizational learning ancf employee satisfaction the following pertinent Suggestions:organizational learning has easy access to hotel information,it is important to pay special attention to the hotel staff hotel departments to share information and hotel provide regular inspection and learning opportunities,often hold staff learning skills and experience exchange and communication,the wrong understanding of ern ployees and to give help and encouragement,and strengthea all kinds of training,etc.;Strengtien the hotel staff to "development space","job treatment" of the satisfaction of the two factors contained in the sub-factors as a reference for the formulation of hotel ru les and regulations and development of train ing.Finally,it points out the direction of future research and points out the deficiencies of this study.
