Research On Influencing Factors Of Core Competitiveness Of Whole Process Engineering Consulting Service Enterprises

At present,the construction industry is in a period of rapid development in our country.The traditional engineering consulting mode has exposed many defects and problems in its own development process.Therefore,in February 2017,the state proposed a new model of consultancy,the "whole process engineering consulting" model,and subsequently many polices are enacted to carry out this new model.Under this background,exploring the influencing factors of the core competitiveness of the whole process engineering consulting service enterprise in China is helpful for the spread and implementation of the whole process engineering consultation mode in the future.This article takes the method of combining the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,at the same time with the aid of qualitative comparison analysis,indicates that the main factors that affecting the core competitiveness of the entire process of engineering consulting service enterprises.According these factors,some relevant suggestions are put forward.The main contains of this paper are as follows:(1)Mainly analyzing the research status of the whole process engineering consultation in China,determining the research direction and expounding the significance of the research.On this basis,the research content of this paper is determined and the research methods are put forward.(2)Firstly introducing the related notions of engineering consulting industry.Describing the relevant theories of the whole process of engineering consultation,including its connotation,value and key points of control.Analyzing the organization mode of whole process engineering consultation on the basis of my traditional consulting mode and international consultation mode.Then this paper briefly introduce the related theories of the qualitative comparison analysis method and the operation of QCA software.(3)Introducing the general index of the core competitiveness of the engineering consulting service enterprise in the whole process combing and gathering the literature,and then the factors influencing the development of the industry are preliminarily obtained.The factors influencing the core competitiveness of the engineering consulting service company in the whole process are finally determined by combining with the relevant contents of the national policy documents.(4)Analyzing the demonstrations.Choosing the 40 pilot enterprises issued by the state as the research object.Investigating the information and data of each enterprise through the network.And then,analyzing the collected data.Using the qualitative comparison analysis method and its software to get the combination of factors,then analyzing and summarizing them to obtain the main factors that affect the core competitiveness of the engineering consulting service company in the whole process.They are the number of registrars,the type of service portfolio,the qualification of the company,the quality of the service,and the reputation of the company.Finally,based on these factors,it is proposed that the core competitiveness of the whole process engineering consulting service enterprise can be continuously promoted from the aspects of strengthening policy support,regulating industry development,and improving the enterprise itself.
