| Since the whole process engineering consultation was proposed,government investment projects have given priority to the whole process engineering consultation service.However,due to the lack of rich practical experience,there are many problems in the engineering practice of the whole process engineering consulting service,and the increasingly prominent risk management problem restricts its steady development.Therefore,this study aims to determine the key risk factors of the whole process engineering consultation of government investment projects,and combines the FCM method with the DEMATEL method to conduct an in-depth analysis of the dynamic evolution of risks under the whole process engineering consultation mode.The degree of impact,so as to propose corresponding risk management countermeasures.Firstly,this paper identifies the risk factors of the whole process engineering consulting of government investment projects through policy study,case analysis and literature research,and selects and revises the primary indicators by statistical methods,and finally builds the whole process engineering consulting risk index system of government investment projects.Secondly,a Fuzzy-DEMATEL model is proposed to judge the relationship between risk indicators.From the two dimensions of "cause degree" and "centrality",determine the key risk indicators of engineering consulting risks in the whole process of government investment projects,and explore various types of risk factors.Finally,using the integrated DEMATEL-FCM model,the core risk factors are determined from the three dimensions of the scenario simulation process,the importance of the steady-state value and the comprehensive importance of"centrality-cause".The core indicators are simulated and analyzed to show the dynamic evolution process of risk indicators and system risks.Further reveal the influence of the core risk factors on the system and the dynamic evolution mechanism,and conduct a comprehensive analysis of the risk factors of the whole process of engineering consulting for government investment projects.This will determine risk management priorities and propose corresponding countermeasures.In this study,Fuzzy-DEMATEL is introduced into the FCM model,and the dynamic evolution analysis of the risk system is carried out through scenario simulation,and the core risk indicators that affect the whole-process engineering consulting risk of government investment projects are determined as follows:lack of compound talents,lack of integrated consulting ability,and stage professional support Insufficient capacity and low level of information management.The simulation study found that the risk factors with the strongest correlation and sensitivity with the risk system are the compound talent factors,followed by the supporting factors of stage professional support and the factors of integrated consulting ability.Finally,according to the research results,the targeted risk management countermeasures are put forward,in order to promote the application and promotion of the whole process engineering consulting in the field of construction engineering. |
