Research On Financial Support For The Integrated Development Of Rural Primary,secondary And Tertiary Industries In Hubei Province

The central government document no.1 of 2015 clearly states that we must promote the integrated development of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas,promote the extension chain of agricultural industries,and develop the multi-functional nature of agriculture,vigorously develop new forms of agriculture and accelerate the establishment of modern agricultural industrial system.As an important means to promote the development of rural economy,industrial integration development not only has a huge demand for capital investment,but also provides a good opportunity for the coordinated development of real economy and finance.Hubei Province is the core economic region in the middle part of our country,it has the advantaged agricultural foundation and the good industry fusion condition,the research Hubei Province countryside one,two,three industry fusion development financial support question has the vital practical significance.The full text is divided into six parts:the first part mainly analyzes the research background and research significance of this article,according to the domestic and foreign scholars on the concept of rural finance and industrial integration,etc.,the second part analyzes the related theoretical basis and the influence mechanism of finance on the industrial convergence.The third part is the analysis of the impact of finance on the Industrial Convergence The third part analyzes and studies the current situation of industrial development and related industries of financial support in Hubei Province,and puts forward the possible problems in the present situation,the fifth part analyzes the impact of finance on the degree of industrial convergence by studying the case of Qianjiang Crayfish Industry and Fuwa Group in Jingzhou The last part summarizes the whole thesis and puts forward some suggestions on how to support the financial integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:First,the total amount of agricultural loans in Hubei Province has been increasing,and the financial use in rural areas has been increasing,due to the different levels of economic development and agricultural modernization,the level of financial development in various places is also uneven;second,the level of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries integration in Hubei Province has been increasing in the past decade,although there are still differences among different regions;third,the financial support of rural areas in Hubei Province plays a significant role in supporting the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Based on the research,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions:First,it proposes to strengthen the function of the government and policy-oriented financial institutions and increase the influencing factors of the policies;second,to expand the scale of industrial organizations,and to appropriately strengthen the support of the government,third,develop financial service products according to local characteristics and focus on the weak areas of industrial development.
