Study On The Circulation Of Fresh Agricultural Products In Shouguang City

The circulation of agricultural products is related to production and consumption,which can not only solve the problem of effective supply of agricultural products,but also further meet the demand of consumption,and in turn promote the development and progress of agriculture.In recent years,there are big problems in quality safety and cost loss of fresh agricultural products in China,so the central government has paid more and more attention to these problems.How to establish an efficient and high-quality circulation mode of agricultural products,reduce the loss and cost of fresh agricultural products in the circulation process,improve the quality and safety of agricultural products,and improve the circulation efficiency of fresh agricultural products is an urgent problem in China.ShouGuang City is the largest vegetable distribution center in China,with a large flow of fresh agricultural products.However,through the questionnaire survey,it is concluded that the current circulation mode of ShouGuang City is still dominated by the traditional wholesaler and agent mode,and there is a large space to improve the circulation efficiency.Therefore,improving the circulation efficiency of fresh agricultural products in Shouguang City under the supply chain mode has become an important task and an urgent issue in the construction of modern agriculture.The first two chapters of this paper mainly describe the research background and theoretical knowledge of this paper.The third chapter introduces the circulation mode of fresh agricultural products in Shouguang City,including wholesale market mode,cooperative mode,enterprise order mode,agricultural supermarket docking mode and e-commerce mode.The fourth chapter is the core part of this paper.Firstly,I choose four villages and towns with large output and a large number of farmers to send questionnaires to the farmers,and conclude that Shouguang City is still dominated by family planting and wholesaler sales mode;Secondly,cucumber,a fresh vegetable,is selected to calculate the proportion of various costs in the circulation link from Shouguang to Beijing.It is found that the wholesaler mode has many circulation nodes and high loss;Finally,five variables,such as the age of decision-maker and the time of operation in Logistics Park,have a great influence on the technical efficiency of wholesalers.The fifth chapter is the advanced case analysis at home and abroad.It selects Jiaxing City,Japan and the United States,which are three distinctive circulation modes of agricultural products,and analyzes their advantages to provide reference for Shouguang City.The sixth chapter is policy suggestions and improvement measures.It puts forward suggestions and measures to optimize the circulation system of agricultural products,that is,to standardize the construction of fresh agricultural products wholesale market;to form a reasonable and transparent price control mechanism of agricultural products,to stabilize the price of agricultural products;to encourage and support the development of agricultural products circulation enterprises,to rely on professional logistics enterprises to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural products circulation;to attach importance to the work of agricultural associations To standardize the operation of agricultural products logistics,to develop diversified circulation mode of fresh agricultural products,and to promote the development of circulation system in many aspects.
