Since 2014,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council have paid increasing attention to rural e-commerce and have written it into the Central Document NO.1 for four consecutive years to address the issue about agriculture,rural areas and farmers.With the rural revitalization strategy proposing,a comprehensive and modernized rural e-commerce logistics distribution system has gradually become the basis for the development of rural e-commerce.However,the key to establish this system is whether the location selection of the distribution center is reasonable.Therefore,by studying the relevant domestic and foreign research results,this dissertation analyzes the current situation and factors affecting location selection of rural e-commerce logistics development in sparsely populated areas,establishes a mathematical model for rural e-commerce logistics distribution centers in sparsely populated areas and designs a corresponding solution algorithm to find optimal scheme of location selection.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the results of location selection.The main research work are as follows.It is analyzed that the related theories for location selection of rural e-commerce logistics distribution centers in sparsely populated areas.Based on the domestic and foreign research current situation of location selection of rural e-commerce logistics distribution,the research significance,research content and technical scheme is clarified.At the same time,by defining the research field,the need for rural e-commerce logistics distribution in sparsely populated areas,the characteristics of rural e-commerce logistics and the differences between rural e-commerce logistics distribution and urban e-commerce logistics distribution are analyzed in depth.Besides,the type,principle and function of the location selection of distribution center are analyzed,and the factors affecting the location selection of distribution center are also analyzed in depth.The location selection model for rural e-commerce logistics distribution center in sparsely populated areas is established.Taking into account the characteristics of rural areas in sparsely populated areas,distribution costs,business benefits and customer satisfaction,the objective function of the model is the highest customer satisfaction and the lowest cost.Model variables include several factors such as the distance between villages and towns,the amount of goods at each distribution location,the cost of building distribution center and unit transportation costs.By optimizing the population initialization,speed update formula and combining the conjugate gradient method,the classic PSO is improved to ameliorate the optimizing effect and advance the convergence speed of its later stage.The improved PSO algorithm is used to solve the optimal solution of location selection problem,which is verified by adopting a actual example.The location selection results of rural e-commerce logistics distribution centers in sparsely populated areas are evaluated.In order to verify the accuracy and scientificity of the results of location selection,this dissertation evaluates the location selection results.Firstly,the process of location selection evaluation is explained,and the location evaluation index system is established.In order to comprehensively balance the influence of subjective human factors and objectivity real-time data,this dissertation uses a combination weights method: the AHP is used to determine the subjective weight of each index,the objective weight of each index is determined by information entropy,and the idea of least squares algorithm is applied to combine subjective weights and objective weights.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to comprehensively evaluate the location selection results of rural e-commerce logistics distribution centers in sparsely populated areas.A case study is conducted in towns of Qingcheng County.The basic situation of five towns,ten townships and two offices in Qingcheng County is introduced.Combined with the actual situation of Qingcheng County,the model data and algorithm parameters is analyzed.According to the comparative analysis,the number and location of e-commerce logistics distribution center in Qingcheng County is determined.Finally,the results of location selection is evaluated,and the evaluation result shows that the location selection scheme has certain feasibility.
