With the increasing downward pressure on the domestic economy,solving the problem of "three rural areas" reasonably and effectively is a necessary condition to ensure the national food security and stable development of society,and is also an important cornerstone of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the dream of China's rejuvenation.Yidu is located in the low mountain and hilly area of southwest Hubei.It has prominent contradiction between people and land and fragile agricultural ecology.It is necessary to study the agricultural scale operation of Yidu under the guidance of low-carbon economic theory.Therefore,this paper takes Yidu as the research area,takes the potential zoning and the efficiency optimization as the research main body,takes the investigation material as the research foundation data,makes a comprehensive analysis of the present situation of Yidu agricultural scale operation from four aspects:advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges.This paper uses the K-mean clustering method to divide the agricultural scale operation conditions of Yidu into five kinds of potential areas.On this basis,the DEA-BCC model is used to calculate the efficiency of agricultural scale operation and further optimize it according to the situation of input redundancy.Ultimately,the main conclusions of this study are as follows:1)The main advantages of Yidu agricultural scale operation development are abundant agricultural resources,diversified management mode and strong government support.However,such problems as high degree of land fragmentation,low resources of suitable land for agriculture,low comprehensive quality of farmers,remarkable aging phenomenon and deterioration of ecological environment are not conducive to the sustainable development of agricultural scale operation in Yidu city.With the large transfer of rural labor force,the vigorous development of vocational training and the industrialization of agriculture,the agricultural scale operation of Yidu has gained new impetus.In addition,the major challenge is the lack of mechanization development,the lag of land transfer information,and the difficulty of financing on the agricultural scale operation.2)By using K-mean clustering method,the evaluation value of agricultural scale operation condition is divided into five kinds of potential areas from large to small,and found that the distribution characteristics are generally "east high and west low".Through the analysis of influencing factors,the average score of five kinds of potential area condition index is social condition>resource condition>economic condition>ecological condition.Combined with the factor load matrix of principal component analysis,it is found that the main factors affecting the zoning of agricultural scale operation are the spatial differences of natural resources such as the quantity of suitable agricultural land,sowing area and the uneven social and economic development such as labor transfer rate and agricultural output value.3)Based on the DEA-BCC model,calculating the efficiency of agricultural scale operation,and finds that there are three fonns of efficiency.The first is scale efficiency>pure technical efficiency>integrated technical efficiency,such as Potential Category ?.The second is scale efficiency>integrated technical efficiency>pure technical efficiency,such as Potential Category ?,? and ?.The third is pure technical efficiency>scale efficiency>integrated technical efficiency,such as Potential Category?otential Category ?,? and ? are mainly distributed in the plain belt along the Yangtze River.The fields are regular,well-equipped and rich in resources,and are good for the land circulation market,industrial park construction,technical personnel training.So their efficiency are obviously higher than Potential Category ? and V,which is of mountain area.4)Through the analysis of input-output redundancy,it is found that the main reasons for restricting the improvement of agricultural scale operation efficiency are the improper allocation of land,labor force and capital and the lack of income caused by the single form of supply and marketing.In this paper,it is suggested that Potential Category?and ? should be optimized from farmland quality,mechanization development and brand advantage;Potential Category ? should be optimized from farmland facilities and economy consciousness;Potential Category ? and ? should be optimized from farmer skill,farmland quality and government support.This paper introduces low-carbon idea into the evaluation index system of agricultural scale operation,which has certain exploration significance.In addition,efficiency optimization research is carried out on the basis of potential zoning,which is less common in previous agricultural scale operation studies.This will not only help to improve the theoretical system of agricultural scale operation,but also help to fully understand the conditions of agricultural scale operation and its spatial differences in low low mountain and hilly area,and play a positive role in the rational distribution of agricultural land resources,the promotion of land circulation,and the acceleration of agricultural modernization.Restricted by ability level and data acquisition conditions,the future research still needs to be improved in three aspects.
