Potential Measurement Reaserch On Chinese Wooden Furniture Export To Main Countries Along The "Silk Road Economic Belt"

Under the background of the advancement of globalization and rapid development of international trade,forest products trade has entered a period of vigorous development.Among the wood forest products,wooden furniture industry plays an essential role in national economy,wooden furniture output value accounts for about 60%of the annual total furniture output value every year.In recent years,with many challenges such as rising costs,intensifying competition and trade barriers,when facing the "Silk Road Economic Belt",which has a huge market capacity,Chinese wooden furniture export value has severely attenuated.In order to let more Chinese wooden furniture products enter the countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt",to promote the growth of Chinese wooden furniture export value,and to supplement relatively lacking areas in the existing research——Chinese wooden furniture export trade under the background of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",the paper focuses on exploring export obstacles and favorable factors and main markets with trade potential along the "Silk Road Economic Belt".This paper has great significance for promoting the Chinese wooden furniture export,optimizing the export market structure and stimulating the potential for economic and trade cooperation in Asia,Europe and Africa.The wooden furniture products studied in the paper are divided into 6 categories,and the data related to wooden furniture are the sum of the data of 6 categories.Firstly,10 representative trading partners,which are the main countries,with the highest amount of Chinese wooden furniture import value and total market share accounts for 90%on the "One Belt" are selected by analyzing the status quo of Chinese wooden furniture export to the countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt",as the basis for obtaining data and for empirical analysis.Secondly,the paper selects the value of Chinese wooden furniture export to 10 countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt" as a reference sequence,and selects 20 secondary indicators subdivided by 8 influence factors as comparison sequences.Based on the panel data from 2005 to 2018,the grey correlation analysis method is applied to obtain the 4 most important factors subdivided into 6 secondary indicators of Chinese wooden furniture export to the main countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt",Finally,based on the results of the grey correlation analysis,choose 6 indicators as 6 variables and then establish a trade gravity model to measure the export potential of Chinese wooden furniture export to 10 countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt".The results show that technological innovation is the key factor,trade cost,economic development of China and international market scale have the greatest impact on Chinese wooden furniture export.China still has large trade potential on wooden furniture export to the main countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt".The suggestions are put forward from national and corporate level according to the conclusions,in order to promote the trade expansion and long-term healthy development of Chinese wooden furniture export to the main countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt".The potential markets on the "One Belt" that China will focus on in the future are found through quantitative analysis,combining with qualitative analysis of influencing factors and countermeasures,it is expected to provide ideas and references for promoting the export structure of market and product to be more reasonable,solving problems in export process effectively,and promoting Chinese wooden furniture industry to enhance international competitiveness.With a view to recovering the value growth of Chinese wooden furniture export to the countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt".
