Research On Knowledge Sharing Mechanism Among Members Of Industrial Innovation Alliance Based On Evolutionary Game

With the acceleration of globalization and the continuous development of science and technology,the product life cycle is shortened and the market competition is intensified.The change of market environment puts forward a new topic for the development of enterprises,and at this time the industrial innovation alliance arises at the historic moment.As a new form of organization,industrial innovation alliance realizes external technological innovation by sharing knowledge among its members,helping enterprises to improve innovation ability and reduce innovation risk and cost.Knowledge sharing among members of the industrial innovation alliance has a very important role in promoting product innovation.However,knowledge sharing among members of industrial innovation alliance is often disturbed by many factors.The sharing and exchange of knowledge is the foundation of the existence and development of industrial innovation alliance.How to effectively realize the sharing and exchange of knowledge among members of industrial innovation alliance,and how to establish and improve the mechanism of knowledge sharing among members of industrial innovation alliance is the key problem that enterprises need to be solved urgently.The knowledge sharing between alliance members is a dynamic process combining macro level and micro level.Individual behavior decision and group evolution dynamics are organically combined by evolutionary game theory.Therefore,based on the national independent innovation strategy and the macro requirements of industrial upgrading,and in combination with the micro needs of members of the industrial innovation alliance for technological innovation and commercialization through cooperation,and based on the in-depth analysis of the main elements ofknowledge sharing among members of industrial innovation alliance,evolutionary game theory is used to set up the evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing,and the dynamic evolution of strategies and the mechanism of knowledge sharing in the process of knowledge sharing among members of the alliance is discussed from the perspective of strategy.Firstly,the connotation of knowledge sharing in industrial innovation alliance is defined from the perspectives of knowledge transfer and knowledge creation,communication and market transaction.The elements of knowledge sharing and the process of knowledge sharing of industrial innovation alliance members is analyzed.On this basis,the factors influencing the knowledge sharing among members of industrial innovation alliance members are summarized.Secondly,by analyzing the changes of the above factors about how to affect industry innovation alliance members knowledge sharing,industry innovation alliance members evolutionary game model of knowledge sharing is built,and the evolution law of alliance members knowledge sharing is summarized,and the Python numerical simulation analysis is used to verified the model parameters influence on knowledge sharing.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the evolution law of industrial innovation alliance knowledge sharing,the foundation and forming strategy of the alliance knowledge sharing mechanism are summarized,and based on the mechanism theory,the mechanism of industrial innovation alliance knowledge sharing is established.Finally,FTTx industry innovation alliance knowledge sharing as a case for empirical research.It is hoped to provide reference for the establishment of knowledge sharing mechanism of other industries innovation alliance.
