Research On Operation Of Yin Peng's Electronic Commerce Development

With the development of modern information technology and the popularization of mobile Internet terminal media,e-commerce has been widely used in various aspects of society and the economy,and it has become a norm to carry out a series of production,management,consumption and entertainment activities through electronic commerce platforms.Taking the research of the development of electronic commerce in yinpeng company as the subject,this paper systematically studies this traditional old enterprise,how to choose electronic commerce as the strategic development direction in order to occupy a place in the fierce market competition and achieve sustainable development under the increasingly strict resource environment.This paper first introduces the course of the development of electronic commerce of Yinpeng Company,including the concept of the company,the enterprise culture and the necessity of the construction of electronic commerce,and then introduces in detail the development of four platform projects for the development of electronic commerce in Yinpeng Company: Guanggu Agricultural Products Trading Platform,Urban Circle Industrial Products Trading Platform,Wuhan Cotton Company E-Commerce and Online Trading Platform,and Cotton Information Network Information Service Platform.This paper analyzes the construction of the mobile supply chain system project of Guanggu Agricultural Products Trading Market Company and the two projects of the cotton circulation network project in Wuhan City Circle,and then describes the trading system of Yinpeng's electronic commerce and the wind control system of Yinpeng's electronic commerce.Finally,through the study of the current situation of the development of electronic commerce at home and abroad and the development of electronic commerce in Wuhan and Yinpeng companies,the prospects and goals of the business of electronic commerce and electronic commerce of Yinpeng company are forecasted.
