In recent years,China's socialist market economy has developed rapidly,and the process of global economic integration has been continuously promoted.Chinese enterprises also face a lot of employee management problems.Among them,the problem of employee turnover is a prominent one among many employee management problems faced by enterprises.When the employees actively and voluntarily outflow from the enterprise over a certain rate,The cost of human resource management of the enterprise will increase,the production efficiency of the enterprise will decrease,the reputation of the enterprise will be damaged,the stability of the employees will be affected,In the end,the healthy development of the enterprise suffers from a greater negative impact.Therefore,it is of great significance for the enterprise to solve the problem of employee turnover,and it is necessary for the leaders of the enterprise to pay attention to the problem of employee turnover.Taking WR pharmaceutical company as the research object this article makes a systematic analysis and research on the problem of employee turnover in WR pharmaceutical company by means of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey.The article is based on the general idea of asking,analyzing,and solving problems.Firstly,literature research method is used to summarize the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the problem of employee turnover,and summarize the definition,classfication,impact and related theories of employee turnover,which provides a theoretical basis for the research of the article.Then,the problems are raised,which mainly introduces the basic situation of WR pharmaceutical company,analyzes the basic situation of employee turnover of WR pharmaceutical company in the past three years,and analyzes the impact of employee turnover on the company.Next,to analyze the problem,based on the analysis of the employee turnover in WR pharmaceutical company in the past three years,the interview method was used to interview the vice President of production,telephone interview was conducted to some of the employees who had left the company,and the questionnaire method was used to investigate the job satisfaction of the current employees.At the same time,the relevant information collected by the interview method and the questionnaire survey method were summarized and arranged,and the reasons for the employee turnover of WR pharmaceutical company were summarized on this basis.The main reasons for employee turnover include unreasonable recruitment system,imperfect compensation and benefits system,ineffective guidance on career planning,imperfect employee training system,and lack of good corporate culture.Finally,to solve the problem,according to the analysis of WR pharmaceutical company out of the specific reasons for employee turnover,put forward the solution to the problem of employee turnover.The countermeasures to employee turnover include establishing a scientific and reasonable employee recruitment system,perfecting the company's compensation and benefits system,making a good job in career planning for employees,establishing an effective employee training system,establishing a good corporate culture,and establishing a retention mechanism for employees turnover.The conclusion of this study will provide some enlightenment and help for the management of employee turnover in WR pharmaceutical company and similar company.
