The global economic integration brought the enterprises high pressure. The synthesis of enterprises' competitive power is not merely bound in the reliance on its scale, information and technology, but attaching more attention to its innovation ability and strain capacity, and the core competitive ability will mainly focus on the intellectual products and innovative ability. The technicians are the main body of enterprises' technological innovation. Whether they can give full play their initiative and creativity or not, has direct connection with the result of enterprises' technological innovation and it is also key to the success of enterprises in international competition.Based on deep research of the present incentive condition of technicians of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company, this essay employs some relevant incentive theories in putting forward that by comprehensively using various incentive means and bettering salary-allotting, evaluation of professional titles, educational training, career life planning etc., to construct a motivation mechanism of technician which can not only meet technicians' individual needs but also the enterprises' reality to initiate the enthusiasms of creativities of technical personnel by the greatest extent, and provide the powerful supporting of talented personnel and intellectualities for enterprises to achieve the strategic goals.
