Construction And Application Of Performance Management System Of H Property Service Company Based On Balanced Scorecard

In recent years,China's real estate market has been developing very fast,and its supporting industry,the property management industry,has also emerged and developed rapidly.It has made outstanding contributions in building a harmonious society and sustained and stable economic development.However,with the rapid development of the property management industry,some property management companies cannot increase revenue but cut costs.Simply cutting costs can not guarantee the quality of service;if the owner does not receive satisfactory service,the contradiction with the owner will become more and more prominent.To this end,this paper selects H Property Service Company as the research object from the perspective of property service companies by drawing on the theory of balanced score card and its application experience,and adopts the balanced score card on the basis of analyzing the status quo of its performance evaluation system.From the financial dimension,customer dimension,internal process dimension,learning and growth dimension,it analyzes the company's main problems in performance management.The performance management system is not perfect,and the company does not pay enough attention to performance coaching and other issues,Given the existing problems,it has designed a set of feasible performance management plans for the company with the management idea of the balanced score card from the aspects of evaluation system and implementation of strategic goals,and proposed that more attention should be paid to employee training and internal information communication in the future.It aims to help property service companies improve their management capabilities,achieve their strategic goals,enhance their core competitiveness,and at the same time provides a reference for performance management in China's service industry.
