Research On Targeted Poverty Alleviation Of Rural Tourism In Taishan District

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in the nineteen major reports of the party that we should mobilize the whole Party and the whole society to maintain the precision of poverty alleviation and the accurate elimination of poverty.The precise poverty alleviation project for rural tourism is an effective way to help the poor in rural areas to get rid of poverty.It can make rational use of rural tourism resources and help the government in policies,funds and other aspects.Sustainable income is an important poverty alleviation measure different from other poverty alleviation projects,which can effectively prevent the poverty-stricken households from getting out of poverty and returning to poverty.Therefore,the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in rural tourism has an important strategic significance in the fight against poverty,and more importantly,the targeted poverty alleviation in rural tourism should be transformed into a long-term mechanism.Based on the participation theory,sustainable development theory and other public management theories,and the empirical methods of questionnaire survey,interview and observation,this paper makes a systematic study on the practice of poverty alleviation by rural tourism in Taishan District,and puts forward targeted optimization suggestions on the premise of deeply analyzing many problems in practice.The thesis is divided into five parts.First of all,the research background,value and the status quo at home and abroad are combed,then the basic concepts in the paper are defined,and the theoretical tools used are explained.The third part of the paper is empirical analysis.It analyzes the current situation,specific practices and achievements of the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation through rural tourism projects in Taishan District by consulting files,questionnaires and interviews.The questionnaire mainly analyzes the sample characteristics,the understanding of Poverty Alleviation Policies by poor households,and the participation of rural tourism targeted poverty alleviation projects And cognition.The fourth part points out the problems faced by rural tourism targeted poverty alleviation in Taishan District and deeply analyzes the causes.Finally,using the relevant public management theory,from the participation,publicity,identification,assistance,management and other aspects,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the targeted poverty alleviation of ruraltourism in Taishan District.
