Agriculture is a basic industry that supports the continuous development of society and economy.The support for the development of agriculture and rural modernization has great theoretical and practical significance for ensuring national food security and rural rejuvenation.During the development of agricultural modernization,a series of ecological and environmental problems have emerged,such as environmental pollution,soil erosion,reduced environmental carrying capacity,and shortage of water and land resources.These problems restrict the further development of agriculture.in return ecological efficiency continues to decrease.How to deal with the relationship between agricultural ecological efficiency and agricultural modernization? This is a difficult problem that the agricultural development faces and urgently needs to solve at this stage.Based on the theoretical foundations related to ecological economy and economic geography,this paper uses the panel data from 1992 to 2017 to establish related measurement models based on the actual situation of agricultural development in China,and analyzes the level and coordination of agricultural development nationwide.First,establish an evaluation index system for agricultural ecological efficiency,and use the DEA-SBM model to measure and analyze the national agricultural ecological efficiency value and space-time characteristics.Secondly,the comprehensive evaluation method was used to calculate and analyze the national agricultural modernization level and space-time pattern.Then,the coupling coordination degree model was used to calculate and analyze the coupling coordination degree of agricultural ecological efficiency and agricultural modernization.The spatial analysis module of ArcGIS was used to analyze the spatial autocorrelation and cold and hot spots.Finally,the relevant research conclusions of this paper are summarized,and further suggestions for the coordinated development of agriculture in China are put forward.This paper finds that from 1992 to 2017,the agricultural ecological efficiency was generally at a medium level,and experienced a process of "rising?falling?rising? table",the regional differences are more significant in terms of spatial layout.Judging from the average values of the three types of efficiency,with 2006 as the dividing point,the average value of agricultural pure technical efficiency and agricultural scale efficiency changed,while agricultural ecological efficiency was always lower than scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency.The agricultural ecological efficiency is divided into five levels,most of which are at the middle level and there are fewer high-level areas.There are large differences between provinces.From the time point(1992,1997,2002,2007,2012,2017),the changes in agricultural ecological efficiency at the provincial level have been observed.Relatively effective areas are gradually expanding,mainly in the eastern coastal provinces.Most of the fluctuations are moving in a better direction.From 1992 to 2017,the level of the agricultural modernization generally showed an upward trend,with the growth rate from slow to fast,and it has always maintained a trend of "east-middle-west" gradual decline.The Moran's index is positive at all time nodes,indicating that provinces with high or low levels of agricultural modernization tend to cluster.Judging from the changes of the Moran's index,the spatial relationship of the level of agricultural modernization during the study period was unstable.From the analysis of cold and hot spots,the cold spot area is basically unchanged,and the hot spot area is expanding.A stable hot spot area is formed in the eastern coastal areas and a stable cold spot area is formed in the west.From 1992 to 2017,the degree of coordination between the agricultural ecological efficiency and the level of agricultural modernization has gradually improved,and the "east-middle-west" gradual decreasing trend has been maintained.The degree of coordination is divided into five levels.The eastern region is dominated by higher and highly coordinated zones;the central region is divided into various coordination zones;the western region is dominated by lower and low degree coordination zones.The cold spot area expanded westward to form a stable cold spot,and the hot spot area gathered toward the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River to form a stable hot spot.In view of the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the current sustainable development of the agriculture.In the current development process,first of all,a scientific and reasonable agro-ecological efficiency system is constructed to improve the agro-ecological efficiency measurement standard.Secondly,implement classified policies,strengthen the construction of agricultural related infrastructure,and cultivate large-scale agricultural business entities.Finally,improve the system construction of the agricultural ecological development and strengthen the construction of scientific and technological innovation in the agricultural service support system.
