Research On Performance Evaluation And Optimization Of Inventory Management In FB Company

Inventory is an indispensable part of business activities.It runs through many links such as production,procurement and sales.It is the basis of independent operation of various departments of enterprises.The existence of inventory can link different links together.For manufacturing enterprises,inventory management is important because there is roon for cost reduction in the field of inventory.Logistics cost can be reduced through rationalization of logistics activities,and inventory turnover can be improved so as to avoid occupying enterprise liquidity.Efficiency can be improved through coordination of operation activities and handling costs can be controlled.Based on the research of performance evaluation of inventory management and related theory of inventory management,aiming at the single evaluation index of inventory management perform ance of FB company,this paper establishes an index system suitable for performance evaluation of inventory management of FB company,which includes financial index,inventory turnover efficiency,service level,warehouse activities,etc.Six first-level indicators and 25second-level in dicators,such as inform ation level and inventory management safety,are used to calculate subjective weights by AHP analysis method,and objective weights are determined by entropy weight method.Then the final weights of indicators are determined by combining subjective and objective weights.A model is built by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the index system is applied to FB company treasury.This paper evaluates and analyses the current situation of inventory management in FB company,and finds out the main causes of inventory management problems in FB company:the impact of procurement plan,insufficient information level,poor information communication,an d no focus on inventory management.These factors caused the overall high inventory level of FB company,and caused a series of waste.To make up for the shortcomings and maintain the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises,we need to adopt scientific inventory management methods.Firstly,this paper puts forward strategies to optimize the inventory management of FB company from the aspects of controlling inventory cost,enterprise information management,enterprise internal inventory management,idle backlog materials and inventory safety management.Simplify the company's internal inventory management and the use of inventory management skills.Finally,from the system,personnel,technology and other three aspects of security measures to ensure the optimization of countermeasures.
