From The Perspective Of Common Prosperity,"Share Of Power Confirmation And Uncertainty" Research On The Rights And Interests Of Collective Members In Villages

The The goal of socialism is to achieve common prosperity.To realize common prosperity and develop the socialist public ownership economy is the premise and foundation,among which the rural collective economy is an important part of the socialist public ownership economy,and it is of great significance to promote the realization of common prosperity.Collectivized villages develop collective economy and promote common prosperity.Compared with decentralized villages implemented in most parts of China at the present stage,collectivized villages have made more outstanding achievements in common prosperity.As a typical agricultural country,China's common prosperity is directly related to the solution of the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",especially the farmers' problems.Collectivized village implements the collective ownership of land,collective use of collective ownership form,its land property rights system can be summarized as "the right to confirm the uncertainty of the uncertainty of shares." Here,the "right" refers to the right to confirm collective members and corresponding rights and interests,"inaccurately" refers to not confirm the contracted land and its "four to" that is,no field to the household."Rights and interests" here refers to the rights and interests of collective members.Huaxi city village is to implement "made by uncertainty uncertain stock" typical of land property rights system is the road of collectivization,and stand out in the achievements in respects of common prosperity,enjoys a reputation as a "world plant",so this article,based on theempirical investigation of the jiangsu huaxi city village collective members' benefits analysis,analysis of the west China city village road of the rich and what relationship exists between the members of the collective rights and interests.For this reason,the author,together with my tutor and another postgraduate student,formed a research team and went to Huaxi Village to conduct field research on the rights and interests of collectivized village collective members.In order to ensure the authenticity,accuracy and completeness of the information,a research plan should be made in advance,followed by observation and interview with the research team stationed in Xinshi Village,West China.Based on this,the structure of this paper is composed of five parts:the first part systematically explains the core concepts and theoretical basis of collective members' rights and interests in the villages of common prosperity and "right confirmation and right uncertainty";The second part introduces the way to confirm the rights and interests of collective members,that is,how collective members own the rights and interests of members.Besides,it classifies the core members(villagers)and non-core members(villagers).The third part,based on the empirical investigation,explains the specific content of the corresponding rights and interests enjoyed by different types of collective members(villagers)in xinshi village,west China.Based on the views of relevant experts and scholars and their own understanding,the rights and interests of collective members are divided into substantive rights and procedural rights for further summary and analysis.The fourth part,based on the empirical investigation of xinshi village in west China,finds and summarizes the problems inherent in the rights and interests of collectivemembers in the village with "uncertain right confirmation and uncertain share" : economic problems,superstructure problems,reasonable distribution problems and fairness problems of collective members' rights and interests.In the fifth part,based on the problems found and summarized above and facing the socialist goal of common prosperity,I put forward my own opinions on how to solve the corresponding problems: developing the collective economy,strengthening democratic management,improving the distribution system and cultivating a new type of farmers.From the perspective of common prosperity,combining the village of xinshi city in west China with the rights and interests of collective members can not only enrich the diversity of studies on the rights and interests of collective members,but also help people clarify the relationship between the rights and interests of collective members and lay a foundation for realizing common prosperity as soon as possible.
