| With the deepening of economic globalization,international trade exchanges are becoming more and more frequent,and the pace of internationalization of the testing instrument industry is becoming more and more rapid.Domestic instrument and instrument enterprises are constantly exploring and opening up the international market.Although Y company as the representative of the domestic testing instrument industry leader in the process of going abroad has made certain achievements,but also in this process has experienced a lot of setbacks and difficulties,it can be said repeatedly blocked,honed ahead.The fundamental reason is that in the competition with the international brand,the domestic instrument industry enterprise brand recognition is low,the product innovation degree is on the low side,the new product can not fully meet the user’s demand,the root cause is the new product R & D management level is low,the R & D system is not perfect and so on.How to improve the level of R & D management of Y companies has become an urgent problem to be solved.Integrated product development(IPD),as an advanced product development management model,has become a set of systematic tools and strategies to solve R & D management problems widely used by world-class enterprises.This paper also through the management theory based on IPD to improve the R & D management of Y companies for more in-depth research.The details are as follows:First of all,it briefly expounds the background,research significance and theoretical basis of IPD management.Secondly,a brief overview of Y company is made,and the current situation of product R & D in Y company is described in detail,which mainly includes three aspects: product market strategy,company organizational structure and product development process.Again,through the use of departmental interviews,specialist interviews,literature survey,thematic discussion and other ways to conduct in-depth research on the problems existing in R & D management of Y companies,analysis and diagnosis of its fundamental problems.Then according to the IPD management theory and core ideas,the improvement ideas of product demand management,organizational structure and R & D process of Y company are studied,and the strategy scheme of improving R & D management is worked out.Finally,the implementation of R & D management improvement program is described,including the implementation conditions,implementation steps and implementation strategies,as well as the preliminary evaluation of the effect of R & D management improvement.The research aim of this paper is to improve the R & D management of Y company based on IPD management theory to solve its predicament and make Y company form a set of more efficient new product R & D management system. |
