The Research Of The Relevance Of Logistics Competitiveness And Efficiency Under The “Belt And Road”

With the high-speed development of economic globalization,our country put forward the " Belt and Road " national policy strategy to speed up the development of eastern and western countries,facilities,economic and cultural communication.The " Belt and Road " national policy strategy improves the speed of the regional economic development in our country.It is the new attempt and the new pattern of China's reform and opening up.And it will also take our country's logistics industry development belt into another new era.The opinions on promoting the high-quality development of logistics and promoting the formation of a strong domestic market released in early 2019 stressed that high-quality development of logistics is the only way to realize the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry itself.In this context,the position of the logistics industry in the national economy is more important.All the way in this paper,we study " Belt and Road " under the background of the measure and the relevance of regional logistics competitiveness and efficiency.It innovatively combines regional logistics competitiveness and regional logistics efficiency research,they are managements,economics and other fields scholars have separately research.Using panel data analysis method research the correlation of the competitiveness of regional logistics and regional logistics efficiency is the multidimensional research.Firstly,using the literature review method summarize the research status of regional logistics at home and abroad.Secondly,the second chapter is an overview of the basic theory of " Belt and Road ",the concept of regional logistics and regional logistics competitiveness and the efficiency of the regional logistics related theory and the evaluation significance.On this basis,the third chapter analyzes the influencing factors of regional logistics competitiveness and regional logistics efficiency and their correlation.In the fourth chapter,the regional logistics competitiveness evaluation model,the regional logistics efficiency evaluation model and the regional logistics competitiveness and efficiency correlation analysis model are established.Finally,the regional logistics of 18 provinces and autonomous regions of "One Belt And One Road" is the examples.The regional logistics competitiveness and efficiency of correlation provide a new perspective for the study of the regional logistics and the research train of thought.Using panel data analysis method and multi-dimensional study give full consideration to the individual,the time,the influence of the index for the research object.It improves the accuracy of the research.The research results can be applied to the development strategy of logistics system,which is conducive to the rational allocation of resources,the enhancement of regional competitiveness.and the research results provide theoretical support and policy guidance for the development of regional logistics.
