Research On Key Success Factors Of Internet Project Management Practice

There is a clear difference between Internet project management and project management in traditional industries,and the traditional theoretical guidance is of limited significance.Therefore,it is very valuable to analyze and obtain the success factors in the practice of Internet project management and find the key success factors.Through literature research,this article combines the characteristics of Internet project management,knowledge creation and practical wisdom theory to clarify that the process of Internet project management practice is the process of knowledge creation,and practical wisdom is an important factor driving knowledge creation and successful project management practice.Secondly,according to the guidance of rooted theoretical methods,this article conducts in-depth interviews with 30 research objects distributed in different Internet companies and has successful experience in product project management practice,and uses qualitative research software Nvivo11 to assist in in-depth research and analysis of 30 data samples.Identified 40 Internet project management practice success factors,and constructed an Internet project management practice success factor theoretical model with dimensions of project external factors,project team factors and project management process factors.Then,using the AHP method to explore the relationship between Internet project management practice factors,construct an evaluation index system for the key success factors of Internet project management practice,and through rigorous calculations,the Internet project management practice top 10 success factors: reduce waste of labor costs;Strive for resources;reasonable work allocation,clear structure and responsibilities;unified team project goals and cognition;minimize recruitment costs;agile shorten iterations and deliver as soon as possible;improve team personnel project professional ability;industry change information collection and analysis;stakeholders Management in place;professional project management capabilities.These factors are mainly concentrated in six dimensions: resource allocation and management,product exploration,response to industry changes,project managers with professional strength,team building,team collaboration,professional and effective project follow-up and improvement.Finally,based on the practical wisdom theory model,the theoretical analysis and verification of the success factors of the Internet project management practice prove that the key success factors obtained by the study are in line with the practical wisdom theory ability model and have the practical success ability..In short,this article introduces practical wisdom theory into the process of project management practice,uses the rooted theory to build a theoretical model of success factors for Internet project management practice,and uses the network hierarchy analysis method to construct an evaluation index system for key success factors in Internet project management practice.The six key success factors of Internet project management practice are to provide experience reference for Internet project management practice.
