Motivation as a Human Resources Management term, it’s means the psychological process of continue inspire to people’s motivation. In the guidance of people-oriented corporate philosophy, the enterprise must be transfer the management content from stuff to people. Understand employees, valuing employees, develop employees, motivate employees, fully respect employees’ personality and right, made employees give full play to the subjective initiative in the work process,is the basic requirements of "humanistic management" thinking. In the staff incentive mechanism, need to emphasis on enterprise staffs individual differences, design suitable incentive mechanism for different individual employee, not only helpful to improve their cognitive strength on enterprise revenue, but also can promote the organization and the employee formation the "win-win" results,that is to say,when the enterprise in increasing profit, did not reduce the social welfare level of employees.Because the particularity of electric power industry, there also have special requirements on employees,including strong professional, personnel relative stability, higher comprehensive quality requiremcnts,and so on.But for a long time,, there had been a staff identity difference between the electric power industry, basically can be classified into formal and informal employees, that directly lead to the difference of incentive mechanism.The huge difference in incentive mechanism, made the electric power industry employees have different expectations,show different working condition,that phenomenon occurred in RZ power supply company also. How to stimulate their work enthusiasm,encourage them to make more contribution in enterprise development, made the enterprise security, stability and sustainable development, was a huge major the electric power enterprise need to face.The paper used the way of employee satisfaction survey and other way on RZ power supply company informal member, analysis incentive mechanism, the results show that,informal employees have huge difference from formal employees at jab stability and pay treatment aspect,the way to stimulate their emotions should bias to improve their jab stability and higher treatment.The paper studied RZ power supply company’s informal employees,through analysis the former incentive mechanism,designed more optimizing incentive mechanism,provided theoretical foundation and realistic basis for RZ power supply company’s development,provided new ideas and methods for electric power enterprise human resource management and development, to realized the strategic target of enterprise development.
